Good location, great staff, clean, and a restaurant with good options.
We had problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator. We had to use a fan for the entire stay, and the refrigerator was only adjusted on the last day. This was very bad and unpleasant.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff
The lady at the reception tried to talk us into a membership in order to speed up the check in of our room. Turns out the room was available anyway. That felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Also, are bibles (new testament, and Mormon) in a room really needed?

Breakfast selection was great, included hot stuff like scrambled eggs, baked beans, etc. Location was good - quite central, but few minutes away from the actual city center and the crowds. Room was bigger than expected.

Breakfast was excellent. Room clean and ready every evening Location was good; with excellent weather (50-70F in February) and BVG strike, we walked everywhere
Room temp uneven at night. Only one bed covering and it was heavy, so constantly switched from covered to totally uncovered. Why no top sheet? (do you launder the bed covering after every guest visit?). Wish we had a top sheet and simple blanket.

Great hotel, everything is very design and new. Excellent bed, large luminous rooms. Fabulous breakfast. There is even a small groceries shop in the lobby, which is quite useful. The staff was very kind and professional.
