The hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for visiting Berlin and was only a few minutes walk from the underground station. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The soundproofing and air-con were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was good for dinner in the evening. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection.

Breakfast was lovely, and the mobile meal service was great. The pizza was delicious and larger than expected! Staff were all pleasant and accommodating.
Access for our bicycles in and out of the underground parking lot gate would have been nice. Wasn't great taking them in the lifts through the foyer each time we needed to use them. Saw a couple with bikes also trying a card to get access but they werent very successful. Have bicycles to tour around Berlin was lovely rather than using public transport and we tended to stop and to see more
