Good room size Conference space was good
Hard to get to. Far from any station. Very small desk, really hard to do any work on it Breakfast was very expensive so I had to skip The rate direct was very expensive so I had to go via Booking. Then Mariott refuse to add points to my account Wifi did not work well

When you turned off the lights the power sockets by the bed went out meaning no power to charge the phone by the bed yet the power socket for the kettle and the plug in the bathroom stays live ? a Little weird not to be able to charge your phone by the bed.

We booked it with breakfast included and it was great decision - absolutely lovely selection of fresh and tasty foods, the only small minus would be taste of coffee which wasn't the best but still drinkable and you've gotto applaud milk selection as well as various juices and teas. The location is awsome for city break, close to all attractions.

We drove into the city and the hotel’s parking garage was conveniently located right around the side of the building. Check in was seamless and customer service was polite. The common areas and the room itself were clean and contemporary. We had drinks and hummus with fresh bread in the restaurant the first night. The room was spacious. Because we came at a time between seasons, the option to have an operating window in the room for some cool air was nice. We thought location was easily walkable and accessible to public transit.
Because we were in between seasons and air and heat were off, the window allowed us some cool air but then I heard ambulances at night. I would have easily given this hotel 5 stars, but the bed was so horrible. I’m someone who leans toward a more firm bed in general but this was so firm our bodies ached. I wouldn’t stay here again just for that. We were in room 520 with a king bed.

Location is great and staff also good although a little slow on fron t desk at times, but they are helpful.
For a vegetrian, and considering that Berlin is a gret city for vegetarians, the breakfast offerings were poor. It is not hard to offer vegan versions of things particularly for hot breakfast. I was limited to beans and some potatoes. There is certainly room for improvement here.

The best breakfast buffet you could imagine. Amazing choices for vegetarians and vegans. Absolutely delicious. Hotel so clean. Excellent maid service every day. Helpful staff.
We could hear other people opening and closing/banging doors a lot. Couldn't get bathroom light to come on without putting on all of the room lights which is not good for the middle of the night.
