The room was clean, beds comfortable, had all the necessary amenities (kettle, teas, shampoo, etc). The location was very convenient - 15-20 min walk to a lot of the tourist attractions (the Holocaust memorial, Brandemburg Gate, etc.). Staff were very friendly and answered any of our questions as well as suggested places/areas to visit hearing that this was our first time in Berlin. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay in a nice spacious suite. Nice big TV to use when the weather is snowing outside. The gym was really nice and had very good quality equipment and had a premium feel. Good central location to walk to the main tourist attractions.
The staff were not the friendliest and even came across a little cold to be honest. The hotel food was terrible and overpriced, and the vegan options were a waste of calories. The wifi was a bit over complicated and needed to be updated every day. The worst thing was that they didn't give you water in the room and you had to go downstairs each time to collect your room service and water that you needed to pay for. Not great.

Everything was superb and as expected. No problem at all with anything. We didnt have breakfast included and we opted for some days to have the "small" breakfast which was 14 euros per person (instead of the 26) which was convenient.
