The location is great, near the underground and plenty of shops within walking distance.
Was way too hot. They had the heating on, but couldn’t turn it off for the room.

The staff was exceptional and bent over backwards to be of assistance! Flawless! Breakfast included in our stay was bonus--the selection of food was unreal and overwhelming. Had a great time!
The room was a bit warm and no ventilation in the bathroom, which made it all a bit warm and sticky. The thermometer did not appear to properly adjust the room temperature. The mini fridge was not working properly and did not cool anything.

The location is not the best. It's close to Checkpoint Charlie - and that's all. I had better located hotels. But beside the location, the hotel is excellent.

Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. Loads of choice at breakfast, cereals, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, mini pancakes, cold cheese and meats, along with cooked breakfast items.
It was a bit of a trek to the main sites, however there is an underground station less than 5 mins walk away.

I loved that the room was very big, brigh, comfortable, clean and cozy. Location was perfect, minutes away from all museums and sights. The hotel is in quite and safe area. Absolutley loved breakfast, it was fresh and delicious and variety of options. There is a little "market" by reception where you can buy what's necessary 24h a day, which is very convinient. The reception was very helpfull in one emergency I had.
Everything was good, easy to access, lovely staff, surely I will choose this hotel again. I really recommend it, it won't disappoint.

The best breakfast ever. The room was pristine. Location is very close to the UBahn station, less than 100 meters.
Not the best cocktails in the hotel bar, that I feel this is available for all the locations in Berlin.
