I loved that the room was very big, brigh, comfortable, clean and cozy. Location was perfect, minutes away from all museums and sights. The hotel is in quite and safe area. Absolutley loved breakfast, it was fresh and delicious and variety of options. There is a little "market" by reception where you can buy what's necessary 24h a day, which is very convinient. The reception was very helpfull in one emergency I had.
Everything was good, easy to access, lovely staff, surely I will choose this hotel again. I really recommend it, it won't disappoint.

The best breakfast ever. The room was pristine. Location is very close to the UBahn station, less than 100 meters.
Not the best cocktails in the hotel bar, that I feel this is available for all the locations in Berlin.

Location, very clean, great breakfast.
Heating did not work. Reception offered a heater - and I received a fan... Given the price, I'd have expected more. The WiFi was very slow and it was not possible to upgrade to faster WiFi because once connected you can't go back. Why not give guests, especially business travellers, fast WiFi? Definitely not recommended.

The beds and pillows were so comfy, room was spacious and nice, staff very helpful. The breakfast particularly good with lots of options. What we appreciated the most is the staff preparing gluten free bread and cereals by request for us each morning. Location very good, next to the U train.
