Wonderful
This sounds odd but I liked how the staff handled some technical problems with the room (airco and fridge were broken). We got a new room instantly and in the new room the broken fridge was replaced immediatly. Also the windows are keeping out the car noise from the street out almost 100% - very quiet room despite located at a street.
I expected a ‘apartment’ or a bigger room, based on the images. Instead it was a standard hotelroom. No separate table. No separated TV/couch area.

We had a great time staying at Courtyard by Marriot in Berlin City Centre. The room was lovely and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance to a number of cafes and restaurants, either walking distance or could take the train to a number of tourists sites to Berlin.

Modern clean design, comfortable room, good location, and really excellent staff. The room was quiet and spacious, well designed with good amenities (coffee/tea facilities, complimentary water, A/C, iron & ironing board), a comfortable large bed and a very nice bathroom (lovely shower!). Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient for many of the main attractions (Checkpoint Charlie, Museumsinsel, Jewish Museum, ….) and well connected to public transport.
Very little - I really enjoyed my stay. One thing to bear in mind: The neighborhood is quite residential which makes it nice and quiet but it’s a little walk to the closest restaurant or shopping.

Good location, great staff, clean, and a restaurant with good options.
We had problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator. We had to use a fan for the entire stay, and the refrigerator was only adjusted on the last day. This was very bad and unpleasant.

Our room was in a quiet location, as requested. Comfortable room with windows that can be opened (this is good). Staff were so friendly and helpful.
We had one evening meal at the hotel which was very average. Breakfast buffet was really good though.
