I am not happy that they asked for 120 euros as a deposit and that amount has not been refunded even 3 days after checking out. It should have been credited immediately into my account.

Professional and helpful staff members at every level. Very good breakfast. Restaurant menu includes something for everyone and we found the quality to be very good. Onsite parking offers direct access to the hotel lobby,
The only suggestion for improvement would be to install some electric vehicle chargers in the onsite parking facilities. There are very few public charging points in this area.

Very good, modern hotel; pretty nicely located - less than 5 min from underground (Spittelmarkt), some 10 min walk from the center (Gendarmenmarkt). Room is fairly large and is nicely appointed. Breakfast is very good, lots of different things, the setup (room, serving) is very inviting. Staff seems to be well-trained and friendly

Rooms were modern, very clean, good storage, bathroom was nice, TV had chromecast which was appreciated, bed was comfy. The desk and chair were also comfy. Breakfast was well maintained, excellent tea, coffee and juice options. I didn’t have cooked breakfast much but the yoghurt, porridge, and selection of seeds were great. I liked the bar/dining area with outdoor seating as well. Gym was also brand new and enough equipment to get a workout in. The downstairs cafe was also a nice area if you wanted to read or work.
