Location was great near the U2 train station, staff was very friendly and helpful, and I liked how clean it was. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin!

Apparently they didn’t turn on central air, there was a hot day and I turned the thermostat all the way down but the room was not cooling down. The thermostat is a cheap one that doesn’t have a display so I don’t know the actual temperature

Amazing reception service, great area, fast checkin, good management and clean room
I don't know if it's a general problem or we had bad luck but there was a lot of noise coming from another room and it seems like the wall are not sound proof

I am not happy that they asked for 120 euros as a deposit and that amount has not been refunded even 3 days after checking out. It should have been credited immediately into my account.

Very good, modern hotel; pretty nicely located - less than 5 min from underground (Spittelmarkt), some 10 min walk from the center (Gendarmenmarkt). Room is fairly large and is nicely appointed. Breakfast is very good, lots of different things, the setup (room, serving) is very inviting. Staff seems to be well-trained and friendly

Spacious and clean rooms that have been renovated. Very good breakfast with many choices. Walkable distance to most touristic attractions. Nice and smiling staff. Restaurant serves dinner.

the property is very well located. Not many restaurants nearby, other than a few coffer cafes. A Vietnamese restaurant near the Sipttlemart Tube station is very good. The hotels own restaurant is not very inviting. Plus they dont serve a normal breakfast. Have to buy the buffet plan.
The bathroom door doesnt shut properly. Have to pull it which makes a loud bang, the room above us probably had the same problem.

There were no carpets, just a plastic floor that looks like carpet. Expensive for what it offer. Looks like a 3 stars hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Marriott. The room was big, bright, clean, and very comfortable.
But what really made our stay special was the staff. I honestly don’t know how they find such genuinely friendly, kind, and cooperative people, but every interaction with them was a pleasure. They were always welcoming, helpful, and happy to assist, and we enjoyed every second of our communication with them.
The level of hospitality really stood out and made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!
