Exceptional place to stay for cultural vacations - close to theaters, museum island, central attraction points. Very close and convenient access to trainstations and public transport. We have quiet room in inner courtyard, air conditioning was good, even if we was lucky to visit Berlin in not very hot week, I seem room is adapted to such situation too.
We had some issues with kettle and safebox, but we just not mess with it, I hope staff can fix it in seconds. Another issue was with wc seats - they are really narrow and if you have a narrow ass too - you are in risk to fall inside, if you loose control. Wondering why this equipment was chosen. So, you couldn’t stare the instagram in your extra time.

Since it’s an apartment hotel, there is no lobby, and for those whose flight is hours after check-out, there’s basically nowhere to sit. There’s only luggage storage.

There's everything you need. My room this time was on the 7th floor, absolutely calm, clean, spacious, just perfect. I 'm going to the opera house everyday, so it's 3min walk with high heels and just fine! The small kitchen with Nespresso machine are so convenient. If you need a wine or whatever, there is a small shop in front of Clipper. There are some nice restaurants nearby, Gendermerie, Bocca di bocco, Rooftop of Hotel de Rome, etc! Clipper is my home in Berlin.

Great location. Central to all the sights. We did most walking and subway for the rest. Train to the airport 12 mins walk from accomadation . Volkswagen iconic exhibition just around the corner. Free to walk around.

The location is excellent, a short walk from Friedrichstrasse station, so well connected for the airport as well as local transport. But many of the central Berlin sights are within walking distance, so it is very easy to get around the city with this as a base. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well, so getting provisions for breakfast is easy. Our room was on the top floor, with extra height and the light was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly too.
