Couldnt regulate room temperature to make it comfortable to sleep. Comforter too thick and hot. Couldnt get air temp to cool the room. Had to leave window and door open despite instructions.

Wow, what a great hotel!! Such a good location, a couple minutes walk to the underground station. Really central but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it isnt noisy. Rooms are clean, spacious and bathrooms are lovely and renovated. Washing facilities on level 4 were SO appreciated after travelling around Europe for two weeks and washing facilities were clean and high quality machines. Check in was easy, staff are friendly.
Could not recommend this hotel more- only thing is I wish we were able to stay longer!

Great location, really clean and comfortable - use of washing machine and dryer - room facilities were great and we felt very safe and comfortable
No room service for a 3 night stay and did not offer way to remove rubbish, restock toilet paper etc - didn't mind the no cleaning but would have expected more toilet paper, rubbish removal, coffee pods etc

Location and friendly staff responded to email request for single beds in one room whereas Booking.com did not respond. Also allowed us to store our luggage prior to booking in so that we could go out in the afternoon baggage free.
It has a kitchen but the small bin under the sink was only emptied once during our 5 night stay needs to be emptied more often.

Friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation is well-located, clean and offers a more private and relaxed alternative to a large mainstream hotel. If you prefer a more low-key stay and to avoid the hustle bustle of a standard hotel then this is for you.
