The apartment has a very good kitchen — extremely clean, well-equipped, and very convenient despite being compact. There are also full toilet amenities provided, which is a nice touch.
The location is excellent, directly on a street with shops. A REWE supermarket is nearby, so it’s very easy to buy groceries and come back to cook anything you like.
Late check-out was extended until 13:00, which I really appreciated. This is my second time staying here. It is very comfortable, very warm, and overall a great place to stay.

The apartment was huge with kitchen, living room, sofa bed, and bedroom. The view from the apartment was gorgeous right to the view of the park and the main street. The kitchen amenities were complete. We had everything we need to cook. There were metros, cafe, restaurant, parks and shopping stores. It has laundry room in the basement. The neighbourhood was nice and upscale very close to the shopping area. The hot water worked well. There were grocery stores around the hotel.
The staff were professional but i would not say friendly. They would not clean the apartment since we only stayed for 3 nights. They could only clean apartment with 1 week stays.

The location was convenient, near train and buses to expo and center. Nice cafe and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped - superb!
We stayed for 4 nights and no room service provided. New towels provided upon request though.

Modern room, nice design, good bed, kitchen with all equipment. Functional air condition, nice view through windows which you can actually open.
Just nitpicking, maybe just one large blanket for two persons is not comfortable. And one person has no lamp for reading book.

Beautiful neighborhood with various bus, U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines within 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around as well as a grocery store. Very nice amenities and friendly staff.

Good, clean room.
The staff did not tell me that they would charge a 3.95% commission if I chose to pay in USD, so I ended up paying much more than the amount finalized at Booking.com. I informed this to the front desk and they promised to discuss this with the hotel management and inform me but that has not happened. Overall, I am very disappointed with this particular aspect.
