Wonderful
Clean pool area, never over crowded, at least in the time we were there. Spa robe was also nice to have which was in the room. Fitness area was large and very up-to-date with a large vareity of equipment. Bedding was comfortable. All in all very enjoyable.
Breakfast was ok but a little chaotic between 9-10. No pastries or cake.

Unfortunately, our stay felt like a complete scam. I booked this getaway for my birthday with my partner, hoping for a relaxing day with massages and some much-needed downtime. Instead, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. First of all, I wasn’t able to book more than one massage, which they decided had to be just 30 minutes long and scheduled at 1:45 PM — only 45 minutes after our early check-in (which we paid extra for). So we barely had time to settle in, let alone relax. Two weeks before our stay, on March 3rd, I informed the staff that my partner is gluten-intolerant and vegan. I was told this would be noted. However, when we arrived, no one at the property had any idea — and we were left with no choice but to order delivery, since there was absolutely nothing suitable for her at the restaurant. The only positive aspect was the well-equipped sauna area, but honestly, that alone doesn’t justify the cost or the visit. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place — very disappointing overall.

We liked the location very much, walking distance to old part of Spandau with many options to eat and walk. Breakfast was good either.
Rooms are a bit oldish, otherwise it is a perfect place.

Breakfast and reastaurant a la carte meals were good. A lady name Luise from the reception was the best, very very helpful, nice. She is a 5 star staff.
One of the waiters (soviet origin) in the restaurant was rude, unpolite and aggressive. But it did not ruin our overall experience.

Super spa! Extensive sauna facilities, several good restaurants, decent and clean rooms, bathrope/towel/slippers from the room for easy acces to the spa. Swimming pool is large size very Nice for going back and forward
