The room was very spacious and clean. The 7 floor lounge was a perk.
Although it had air conditioning, the 7th floor lounge was not cooled well. The AC in general was good but had a hard time dealing with the heat wave.

The rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The location is excellent, close to many attractions, shops, and public transportation.
The bathroom, although spacious, wasn’t the most comfortable in terms of layout and usability.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the fantastic lounge, which was extremely convenient to use. It offered a comfortable space to relax, work, or grab a snack throughout the day, and really added value to the stay.
The rooms are also a bit on the darker side, so anyone who prefers a brightly lit room should keep that in mind.
Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom area.

The room was nice but the over head light in the vanity not working. Just a lamp in the counter. On the 7th lounge area the ice machine was not working it was so hot during our stay and no ice. There was no creamer for coffee only sugar. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. The 7th floor lounge area was a really nice place to relax read, use your phone to plan your sightseeing tours. Just the place ment for guests. The free drinks and snacks were a nice surprise.
No ice in the lounge. I wanted to fill my water bottle with ice water for the day. The vanity area overhead light wasn't working.

The complimentary breakfast was very good! All the staff was really really nice to us! The view was fantastic, restaurants were close by And several sites were within walking distance or a quick ride on the subway or tram.
While the bathroom was wonderfully bright. Rest of the room was pretty dark and the lighting didn't help a whole lot.

The bed was comfortable. The room is a nice size. The staff is very friendly. The location is positive in terms of access to transit (but there are much nicer areas of Berlin!). The black-out blinds are great.
Having stayed at the Casa Camper in Barcelona, we were disappointed here. The main problem was that the HVAC system in the room did not work - the room was overly-warm and stuffy during our entire stay and, of course, there is no way to open a window. It was difficult to sleep. We talked to the front desk about it everyday, and they said Maintenance would look into it, but there was no change and they didn't let us know what was going on. After several requests, we were told it was working but we needed to keep the card in the box by the door -- however, the system failed to work whether the card was in the box or not. The guest lounge on the 7th floor was pretty sad, with very limited and odd snacks available - again, very different from our experience in the Barcelona Casa Camper.

Location was perfect— very central and next to an UBahn station. I was greeted by very friendly staff and felt welcomed. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also made use of the sauna which was great in the middle of winter.

The room was really spacious, nicely designed and very clean. The cafe at the top floor had an amazing view and 24/7 free coffee. The location was amazing. But most of all the manager, Despoina, was excellent at her job and the main reason we have such a good opinion of the hotel
There was a heating problem with our room and we ended up changing rooms. The second room had also the same problem, to a lesser degree. Luckily Despoina provided us with a small heater which was enough to warm up the room

Breakfast was great, loved the options you could order. Liked to get coffee and tea the entire day and to sit in upstairs area at night. The light switches, heat, shades are a bit hard to figure out. Workout room is not great, no free weights. Sauna was nice, staff were all wonderful. Location is perfect! We had an amazing stay!
