Hotel location is very good - 5 min from metro stations and 1 min from bus (147, 200) station very convenient access destination to Mitte or to other locations. The room was super clean and the windows on street view is so huge.
The constructions site near from hotel no disturbing, no noise. The lobby is so interesting because under the glass floor is ancient locations and historical evidence.

Location was perfect. About a 10-minute walk from Berlin Cathedral and Alexanderplatz. There are two supermarkets nearby, one of which is open until 10 pm, which was very convenient.
The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The area felt safe and quiet, yet close to major Christmas markets (we were there during that time) and public transport. Overall, a great option.

What a fantastic hotel. Great value, great location and welcoming staff. My room was fantastic - floor to ceiling windows, mini kitchen, comfy bed - german design always on point. Close to all the great spots. and the place is built over a archeological site. I will be back for sure!!! Highly recommend.

Besides the amazing atmosphere the hotel has provided, what stood out the most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We had some really good conversations and provided me with great recommendations about restaurants and Berlin in general. You can basically go in any direction thanks to the hotels central location and cover the capital in less than 4 days. The reception spinning chairs are a must try. Thank you again and Happy Holidays!

Friendly staff, modern facilities and great location. Loved how well furnished the rooms were, and the rain shower was amazing. High quality toiletries provided as well. Also greatly appreciated how convenient and easy the washing facilities were. The WeWash app was a breeze to use, and so affordable.

Rooms were much larger and better than how appear in pictures. We had a mini kitchen plus large dressing area away from sleeping area. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam. VERY QUIET. We were in room away from busy street but I think would have been quiet regardless. We heard nothing from outside or from any of the rooms around us and we know there were guests staying next to us. Air conditioning was excellent and quiet. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again
Charge for in room coffee capsules. At least give a few complimentary.

Everything is on a high level, staff, rooms, facilities, location, everything. Special bonus - we booked this last minute during the summertime, and it was still the cheapest option from many other hotels, which is quite amazing considering the quality we enjoyed.
The only thing that can be different is the breakfast price. While the breakfast itself was extremely good and enjoyable, the hotel's owner needs to realize where this Fraser hotel is located - Berlin is the city of breakfasts, and within a 2-minute walking distance, you can receive extremely good breakfast deals for much less than the 20 euro per person that is charged in the hotel.

The location is very convenient. There are two train stations within 10 mins walk to either one. And the museums are just around the corner! There's a convenient store and two bus lines right behind the hotel which is about 3 mins walk. The room is spacious with clean bathrooms. And with the small kitchen island you can cook simple meals if you don't want to eat outside. Highly recommend this hotel!
One of the front desk lady is a little impatient about my questions, maybe it's just a "German" style because people are very straightforward in Germany.
