Very nice room, bright and large enough.
We asked for our room to be cleaned using the little screens at the door, but they didn't clean it when we asked. They only cleaned our room 2 days later.

Staff where so so friendly. I had such good chats with them, they made me feel so at home. The location was excellent, exactly in the old town where I wanted to be. Facilities of the hotel where great and it was lovely and clean. I will be staying here again.

The staff were fantastic! We stayed for 9 nights, and they made sure we felt at home. The breakfast is perfect. Washing machine in our room was a delight. Perfect air-conditioning at the peak of the worst heatwave.
Although located in the center, it misses the atmosphere of Berlin Mitte's colorful streets.

I've stayed here before and I chose it again because everything about it is SO easy. - It's in a great location - There's plenty of help from the front desk - Getting a taxi is just a button push away - Laundry facilities - Excellent room size

The location is fantastic! Easy walk to museums and the cathedral, Breakfast was great.
They clean the rooms every 3 days, so sometimes you have to track down housekeeping to get more TP or tissues. It is easy to do, but it's just something you have to do. they might want to store a little more of these in each room.

They accommodated my request made at booking without a worry. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was very quiet. Barely any street noise and I never heard three neighboring room
Because it was a handicap accessible room, the shower didn't have a curtain so water got everywhere in the bathroom
