Love the location, the room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. What made my stay truly special were my hosts Madeline and Jesse. They made me really welcomed to Berlin. If I could give them more stars I would have! Ladies you were superb hosts. I can't thank you enough!❤️

Located at a very Convenient location, walking distance to museum islands, bus and u-Banh
Someone tried to open our door early morning (at 8:54 Am) before we check out; no idea if it was one of the cleaning staff; no chain that will allow you to secure the door

Rooms were much larger and better than how appear in pictures. We had a mini kitchen plus large dressing area away from sleeping area. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam. VERY QUIET. We were in room away from busy street but I think would have been quiet regardless. We heard nothing from outside or from any of the rooms around us and we know there were guests staying next to us. Air conditioning was excellent and quiet. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again
Charge for in room coffee capsules. At least give a few complimentary.

Everything is on a high level, staff, rooms, facilities, location, everything. Special bonus - we booked this last minute during the summertime, and it was still the cheapest option from many other hotels, which is quite amazing considering the quality we enjoyed.
The only thing that can be different is the breakfast price. While the breakfast itself was extremely good and enjoyable, the hotel's owner needs to realize where this Fraser hotel is located - Berlin is the city of breakfasts, and within a 2-minute walking distance, you can receive extremely good breakfast deals for much less than the 20 euro per person that is charged in the hotel.

The location is very convenient. There are two train stations within 10 mins walk to either one. And the museums are just around the corner! There's a convenient store and two bus lines right behind the hotel which is about 3 mins walk. The room is spacious with clean bathrooms. And with the small kitchen island you can cook simple meals if you don't want to eat outside. Highly recommend this hotel!
One of the front desk lady is a little impatient about my questions, maybe it's just a "German" style because people are very straightforward in Germany.

Its our second time in capri
We had a great stay there again,
It is stilysh, cmfortable, in the executive rooms and up there is a nespresso machine and washing machine. it was clean, and all members of the staff were kind and very helpful.
Very good air condition.
There is a supermarket across the street.
And above all very well located and connected to all public transportation you need - U bahn and bus.

I was expecting a bigger room. It seems the room was the same size as standard. What made it bigger was a hallway which was useless in terms of room size.

The hotel is in a very good location, our room was very large and spacious. The breakfast was also very good, there was a variety to appeal to everyone.
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Even though they said our towels would be changed when needed, unfortunately they were not changed and we had to go and get them from the housekeeper. We also loved that the hotel had a bar, but unfortunately it closed at 22:00.

We were in the executive studio- large and comfortable room. Good kitchenette for a hotel kitchen. Breakfast was excellent- varied buffet with high quality and fresh food, including some cooked items. Quiet area on the edge of museum island, grocery store across the street. Bus transportation nearby.
No small table and chairs to eat at, though room was large enough and there was a kitchenette. Could have used a larger bowl and a few extra silverware in kitchenette. Bathroom sink became stopped up and because it was Sunday we were told there was no one available to fix it. Only after I said that was unacceptable, was told maybe cleaning staff could fix it, which they did. Also gave us free breakfast as compensation- again after I complained. Room only cleaned every 3rd day, but was never cleaned, though we were there for 4 nights. Location not near restaurants.

I am positively surprised to see that my room come with a small kitchenette with induction stove, microwave, and utensils- although I didn't really get to use most of them, it was really nice to have the option to cook some light measl myself. I also like that the hotel come with a washing room (it is called "Spin and Play", which I intially thought was a kid play area) and a gym. The location of the hotel is also superb with minutes walk away from the Humbolt Forum, the Berliner Dom, and the Spree river. A supermaket right opposite the road and also lots of good restaurants around walking distance too. I will definitely come back here with my family in the future.
My room's huge window was facing something that looked like a big construction site so the view was not good- although no one was working on it during my stay there. But I wonder whether there will be any upcoming construction work.
