Wasn’t expecting two rooms - the separate living room area was a wonderful bonus. Loved the little courtyard entrance. Made it seem very secure.

The hotel has quite a nice location, near the main train station, in a nice and quite hipstery quarter. The rooms were clean and rather newly done.
It was snowy outside and there was no place in the room to place the shoes so that they do not make the floor dirty.
We got the link to open the hotel/room door to a web wage or mobile app. I prefer good old number codes that don't depend on a working mobile. Also the links were sent via WhatsApp, which is often used for scams, so it did not feel vert safe to follow them.

We got a free upgrade, which of course we loved. The staff was very friendly, we could easily find the hotel and it was accessible by public transport. The beds were really nice, the room really comfortable. We could contact them via Whatsapp if any problem occured. Overall really glad of our hotel choice!

Great location and quiet. Also super clean.
I wish there was a seating area in the room and coffee/tea in the room. We couldn’t even get coffee or tea did free in the morning until the breakfast was over. That was kinda weird.

2. The breakfast was delicious and varied
3. The online check-in system was very convenient
4. Great location: the hotel is close to all kinds of public transport stops, many attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
What was missing: it would be great to have a kettle in the room
