We received a very warm welcome after a long journey and offered a lovely coffee. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well located with a 15 minute walk to the Spree. Breakfast was really, really good - quite expensive for 21Euros and it would have been lovely to have some more waffles/pancakes/hot carb options but this would be my only suggestion. The staff were all really helpful and I would recommend this hotel to a family or couple wanting to sight see around Berlin. Not ideal for a romantic get away in my opinion but perfect for me and my two daughters.

Shower in bathroom is very high to get into. When feet and floor is wet, it gets slippery and you have a risk of falling. Would suggest to see if you can put shower at floor level. I realize there may be a limitation with the building itself, but would still like to mention it. Perhaps there is a better solution by putting the step at the entrance of the bathroom and keeping the floor in the bathroom all one level. Just a thought.

Good position - very convenient for visit going places in town.
No kettle, tea, coffee in the room for the mornings. This is a standard offering in hotels. A shame as no drinks available for those who don’t have breakfast in the hotel (which was very expensive!). Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom - only one hook which isn’t enough for 2 people.

Proximity to public transportation and some of the places of interest.
21 Euro for breakfast per person is a bit overpriced. We couldn't justify eating at the hotel. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too thin.

Good-designed, smart-organised, very nice - and really calm - place, where you have pretty everything you need from the hotel, but do not feel typical hotel vibe
Nothing to really dislike, I suppose some might want an air-conditioner in summer hot days, but we were totally fine with windows

The rooms are spacious and include high ceilings, at least on the third floor. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The location is ideal as it’s on a residential street but very close to public transportation and cafes.
The entrance was a bit tricky to find from the main street. Also aware that any noise in the courtyard of the property gets amplified a bit by its echo, however the windows are fairly insulated when closed.

The hotel and room were very convenient and comfortable. The hotel has great location. All the attractions are close to the hotel. The hotel located in the quiet area of the city.
As it was mentioned in the room facilities that there is no kettle in the room, but it was very inconvenient. Also, there was a coffee machine downstairs from 13:00 to 21:00, but as a guest would be very comfortable to have a kettle on the room to drink tea or coffee in the mornings and evenings.
