The staff were extremely friendly. I thought I lost my passport at one point during our stay (dont worry I found it), and all the staff were so helpful and concerned. The room was very clean and comfortable and location is great, easy to get to public transport and close to mall of Berlin for shopping

staff and location are excellent! they let us keep our bags at the hotel for the day we left, since our flight wasn't until the evening. location was excellent. really nice to walk out to a fairly quiet street, but just around the corner is a lot of restaurants, parks and galleries. Loved it!
the room was alright. It was clean, and fine, but not necessarily worth the money.

Amazing location - very convenient to get to local attractions/ bar/ restaurants etc! We arrived in Berlin before check-in, but they were happy to accept our suitcases for storage, and were already taken to the room when we arrived later (after check-in time, 3pm). A fantastic touch not having to take suitcases to the room. Breakfast - fresh, great choice, constantly restocked with attentive hotel staff happy to help. Great coffee. Attention to detail high! Room - very spacious. no air-con, but with the high outside temperatures, a fan was needed and was already in the room. Bedding, pillows and mattress extremely comfy. Would definitely stay again, and look for this company in other cities.

Amazing location. Spacious and clean room
Tiny bathroom, in need of upgrade. Low quality mattress with a drop in the middle. The place is called “Calma” but the rooms are on a busy street with constant noise from people shouting at night to trucks and working vehicles in the morning. Despite being on floor 3.
