Wonderful
The location is great, it's close to almost all important monuments and cultural venues (theaters, operas etc) of Berlin. There are bakeries, super markets, pharmacies, restaurants etc very close to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the receptionists friendly, all in all a great experience!
I think the breakfast is a bit overpriced (15 Euro per person per day), this is why we didn't choose to have breakfast in the hotel. However, we didn't try it, so it may be worth the money.

Property was good and clean, there were some restaurants and art galleries on the street. The metro and tram stations were very close.

Clean and big room with good size bathroom. Shower had a surround to keep water in. Aileen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Close to the trams and subway stations.

Staff at as amazing! The location is in a court off the Main Street so very quiet.
We didnt have breakfast but would have liked tea or coffee. The water/coffee/tea machine was only available from 11 on

Room was very clean and large with decent sized bathroom.
We had to close the curtains at all times as we were overlooked by many rooms. There was no shampoo, just body wash which was difficult to squeeze from the container in both the shower and washbasin. Towels were small and not great quality. Refusal of one cup of tea unless we paid for the full breakfast was quite petty.
