Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, friendly personnel. Also, amazing location, 20 minutes by walking from Alexanderplatz. Stronly reccomend this hotel :)
The room was tiny, i was expecting a bit bigger, but was not a problem as it as a big window and is light. Also there is a smart TV in the room, but was not possible to connect the YouTube account.

Perfect location, on a calm and quiet street in the heart of East Berlin, still close to U Bahn station and a minute walk from cafes and restaurants. Nice and friendly personal. Very clean and comfortable room with spacious bathroom.
It was very cold in the room when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel CALMA Berlin Mitte! The staff were fantastic — special thanks to Abdel, who went above and beyond to change our room and turn our disappointment into a great experience. He truly did his best to make our remaining days comfortable and pleasant. ?? The digital key entry was so convenient and easy to use, which made coming and going stress-free. The room and the whole hotel were very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Berlin!

An opportunity to drop the luggage 5 hours before the check in, and a possibility to stay 3 hours longer after the checkout. And, of course, the digital door locker. Total silence during the night hours.
