I really enjoyed my stay at CALMA. The staff was very welcoming, the room clean and the location superb - central but tucked away from city noise. It was particularly great that they were able to accommodate my gluten allergies for breakfast and provide gluten free options, including warm gluten free bread.

Nice new furniture and bedding, central location (close to Oranienburger), very nice and welcoming reception staff
Overall layout felt rather economical, noise in public inner courtyard, two rather dangerous steps in bathroom (had always to be careful not to trip) - somehow the style didn’t match the price

Great location. Amazing staff!! Very friendly and gave some great recommendations for the city. Rooms were nice and comfortable.
Breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. Shame you can’t offer coffee all day. And no coffee in the rooms.

Great location, with lots of cute cafes/restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to some of the main attractions, while still being in a quiet and relaxed area. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again!

May be the walls are thin, sounds from other rooms might be a little problem , but not too much. Breakfast was a litte expensive so I did not have it.

The main downside is the small fridge, which is packed with paid drinks and snacks, leaving very little space for guests’ own food and drinks. It would be much more useful to have some empty space available, especially since not everyone drinks soft drinks or eats chocolate. Also, there was no kettle, cups or spoons in the room, which was quite inconvenient.
