Wonderful
Excellent staff. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a luggage room you can drop your luggage safely. Rooms are very clean. Location is good. 6-7 min to metro and close to city center. I can book this hotel again if i will come berlin one more time. I recomment this hotel and thanks to all staff.
Just elevator was not working and really hard to reach room if you stay in upper floors but i think they will fix as soon as possible.

Great location to major sights. Room was clean.
Single beds are too narrow, even for a slim person! You can hear everyone clearly in the hall coming and going all night. One night late some young guys were playing music in their room loudly and we could hear it clearly in ours. I called the front desk to ask them to deal with the situation, and they did, but not without some resistance. Unfortunately some travelers act as if they are at home instead of being in a communal space... The breakfast is adequate but no hot items served (other than a hard boiled egg) The staff could benefit from some customer service training!

We liked the location and beds.
The bathroom is located within the room itself, so if you’re traveling for business and sharing the room with a colleague, it can feel a bit uncomfortable — almost like showering in front of them. I’d recommend that the hotel improve the description and photos to make this setup clearer, as it’s not easy to tell from the current pictures.

Location was good, close to Friedrichstrasse.
Room smelled like sewage, moved to new room. Was there 3 nights, room was never cleaned, difficult to get more towels. Asked if room could be made up in the afternoon, was told cleaning staff had left for the day. Breakfast was ok but not great. Certainly not worth 30 euros. Would have appreciated more warm/hot options other than hard boiled eggs.

A 25 minute to the main train station. There was a lot of restaurants close by. The Brandenburg Gate was a 17 minute walk. We would definitely stay there again.
We had trouble with the internet staying on. I don’t know if it was us or the hotel.

The accommodation was excellent – very clean, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. I walked a lot since there are so many great places to visit nearby without needing public transport.

The location was excellent, check-in was very easy, and the staff were professional and helpful.
Instead of a key card, I was given a 9-digit PIN code to enter my room, which felt inconvenient to type every single time. The room also had very limited lighting - just two bedside lamps, and it seemed as though they expected the light from the bathroom (with the shower curtain open) to help brighten the room. At night, the room always felt too dark.

The location is top-notch, a really nice place to stay in the middle of Berlin.
Breakfast services are unclear and quite low quality. Also, the temperature was not working nicely.

The receptionist sorted out our rooms and aircon very efficiently.
In general, I think the breakfast options could have been better, there were no warm sausages or bacon for example.
