Excellent location, besides all shopping places in Berlin. Spacious rooms, excellent cleaning services and amazing staff who gave us all assistance we need.

Location, staffs in front desk are nice and friendly. Restaurant are bright and comfortable. Breakfast are nutritious and fair enough.
We stayed 3 nights and got only one bottle of water free. tissues in the toilet are not added

The cleaners were great. The location is cool, city centre, close to many shops
The bed is tiny. The shower does not flow well, very weak flow, it takes forever to shower. Breakfast was sub-standard. I paid a lot of money for this reservation and it didn't meet my requirements at all. I will rate it 3/10 I will never stay here again everything being equal.

Location and the cleanliness of the facility
They provide one water bottle only on the day of arrival. It is not a big deal but it is worth to mention as there is no fridge in the room. I like the hotel and its style.

We had a small balcony and some lounge space with a sofa and table which gave us room to move around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and though the breakfast wasnt the most luxurious Ive ever had, the service area was well kept, bright and clean. I hung out there a couple of times while waiting on colleagues. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the rooms restocked and cleaned to a high standard.
The entrance and the lift areas are shared with a gym and look a little shabby.
