The stuff was amazing, the people who working at the front desk and the breakfast area were lovely.
Great location, surrounding area with great restaurants and stores. Walk distance from the train station.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, good breakfast, obnoxiously loud music at reception -- kept asking staff to repeat statements. When questioned about the noise, they responded that management required the volume. The clientele is 50s, 60s, 70s, not 20s. The manager is totally off and I would not stay here again. I don't want to be disco blasted at breakfast. The room has no closets, not even coat hooks near the door. The tub is so high, that it is difficult to climb in. The shower head falls off with any change of water pressure. No grab bars, really unsafe when wet. The rooftop pool & spa were closed, so the property did not meet my expectations from the description at booking.

An amazing team that always greets you with a smile; they are always attentive to your needs and quick to resolve any question or issue. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including a Super-Pharm, a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and shops, and plenty of bars and nightlife spots nearby. Great shops are within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and the service is impeccable.

Great location. The staff was lovely. I booked the Junior Suite, so the room was large and spacious. I had been very disappointed on previous occasions, but I decided to give them another chance, and it paid off.
How many years does it take to renovate the spa complex?! It's a shame, because it's been dragging on for a long time. Solve the problem of the shower flooding every time you take a shower.

Axel feels like home, with twice a year stay at least. Rooms very clean and very comfotrable.
I have been staying here since 10 years. The staff at the reception this time were not friendly, more robotic than human. No smiles, no greetings, hardly ever removing their eyes from the screen. Other than the amazing lady who checked me in, the rest during my 5 day stay were as cold as ice.

The location was great.
Some of the facilities were closed e.g. spa We found the bed in Room 101 to be rather hard.
