The customer service is absolutely amazing. Santiago the front reception was wonderful. So kind and helpful. To honest the entire staff is really good.
Just that the spa was out of service. I knew about this a week before coming. However I was really looking forward for the spa. I hope its up and running when I return.

The hotel was well situated and fairly smart and modern and the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately they were renovating the spa area and gym, so there was no rooftop jacuzzi and the gym was tiny. This was all advertised etc of course but honestly for.the money one would have expected those facilities to be open. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a little old fashioned, just a kettle and some ancient instant coffee that had dried up.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping also really friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Location wise it's a 5 minute walk to the train and underground station. It's right on the doorstep of the gay district.
The room layout has not been thought out very well at all. It's clearly been designed by someone that's never stopped in it. Nowhere to hand towels when you get out of the shower. The lighting in the bathroom area is dreadful, the headboard is just very odd with the way the reading lights are stuck on top. But the biggest thing is the price of the snacks in the mini bar. 5€ for a small bag of chips. Would I stop here again as a gay traveller? Probably not no.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, but the hotel is a little bit dark inside. The gym is well equipped, but a little bit too small and some machines were broken.
The breakfast quality and variety is unacceptable. Not even a toaster for the plain bread. This is something you expect at a youth hostel, not a 4-star hotel. I had to go get breakfast outside the hotel, even though I prepaid for it.
Unfortunately, the spa was under construction when I stayed there, so there was no access to the rooftop either.

Wonderful
Good location, within a short walking distance to the underground station and within the zone of the bars etc. The reception team were great. The suite that I was given was excellent. I booked a Junior Suite but were given an upgrade to a larger suite on arrival. Facilities and space within the suite were amazing. The soundproofing is excellent as never heard any noise from other guests rooms. Reported a maintenance issue and it was rectified swiftly. Overall, was good value.
Was advised at booking that the spa would not be available so was aware. It was disappointing. No social spaces available to sit and chat with other guests.
The breakfast was poor value for its offering and the restaurant team were miserable, bordering rude.
