Amazing stay at Axel Hotel Berlin – truly wonderful staff!
I had an amazing week at Axel Hotel Berlin! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, efficient, and welcoming. I especially want to mention Kevin, who took care of me throughout my stay — always friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. He made me feel at home every single day.
The maintenance team also deserves a huge thank-you — every encounter with them was pleasant, and they were always helpful and smiling. It’s rare to meet such dedicated and positive people in every department of a hotel.
Thank you all for making my week in Berlin truly wonderful. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my time. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, but what truly stands out is the staff — always welcoming, attentive, and truly listening, ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to André for the massage, which was incredibly relaxing and one of the highlights of my stay. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Berlin!

Great location, safe and very friendly and welcoming. The Staff members Kevin and Ishan were fantastic and looked after us. They get 10/10!
