The hotel is in a convenient location just two stops from Alexanderplatz on the U2. My courtyard-facing room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent, and I also appreciated the 24-hour reception and flexible check-out policy.
I was only informed on my third breakfast that made-to-order items such as omelettes and pancakes were included free of charge. It would have been better if the breakfast staff had explained this earlier and provided the menu from the start.

Excellent location for the U-Bahn as it's right outside, and only 2 stops away from Alexanderplatz, so a few minutes away. It's cheaper than hotels nearer places such as Alexanderplatz etc., and perfectly good value for money. Check out was at 12pm which was ideal as no need to rush. You can get the S9 from Berlin Brandenburg Airport to Alexanderplatz and then the U2 to Märkisches Museum where this hotel is. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, air con delightful and includes daily cleaning, and has well stocked toiletries, you can refresh water with the staff too. We didn't need this, so let them know. We opted out of breakfast as there are plenty of places to choose from, but heard good things.

Breakfast was excellent. Catered to every taste. Good range of cooked breakfast and continental style buffet.

Staff seemed very happy as a team and very efficient. Hotel sorted 2 minor problems we had very quickly and showed empathy. Rooms good size, very clean. Breakfast spread was comprehensive, presented at correct temperatures and good staffing levels kept the breakfast area clean and tidy. We asked a few questions about where to eat in the evenings and how to get around generally and staff seemed to have good understanding

The location was great and near train and bus stops. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kudos to the staff as well, very friendly.
The breakfast buffet could use a little more variety. Would be nice if the TV could connect to streaming services.
