Disappointing
not much, reception staff was friendly. breakfast was okish.
NO aircon in the room only a big fan. You come to the hotel after a day of work in the city, and you get an overheated room under the roof in full sunshine without aircon. The parking is a disappointment, fits only 3 toy cars in total.

Просторный номер, отличная ванная комната. Отель находится в уютном районе с большим количеством баров и клубов. В 300м от отеля есть отличный паркинг (в случае, если все места в отеле заняты).
По утрам предоставляется отличный завтрак с большим выбором опций в ресторане на первом этаже отеля. Очень вежливый персонал, говорящий на нескольких языках.

I had some special requirements and they responded very fast and were open to any changes I needed. Location is amazing and rooms are more spacious than I thought.

Clean room, clean bathroom, cleaned daily. Wifi was free, enough for what's required.
- Breakfast: I'm sorry to say, the breakfast costs 18eur and it's not worth it at all. Small variety, little amounts, some cheese went a bit dry on the corners. Not a disaster, but too expensive.
- Room: no slippers were provided. In order to not bring the dirt from the street to the bed, I had to wear my shoes always, when not in bed

It was comfortable and clean room
The glass shower door was broken, which caused the entire bathroom to get flooded every time. Another issue was that although there was parking available, it cost €25 per night, so we parked on the street and used Parkschein. Also, even though it was stated on Booking that taxes were included in our price, they still tried to charge us extra for taxes, but we didn’t accept it.

Great property located in the heart of the gay village.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable as you utilize two single mattresses to make one king bed. This method is not feasible and leaves a gap in the centre of the bed so you cannot get proper sleep for someone like me that was there for 11 nights. I did not get proper sleep due to this. My recommendation is that you invest in proper mattresses because sleep is the most important thing during someone’s vacation.

Room was huge. Fridge is a bit tiny but doable. Loved having a bathtub in our room and it was very clean.
So much glass. Glass shower door swing that didnt do much other than scare one when trying to shower :D

The staff was really nice, the neighborhood was nice, nice location. The rooms were of good size and very clean.

Location
When entering the hotel and paying for 300e they didn't want to take a 500e note because they don't have that practice. I won't go into details, but the situation was very unpleasant. There were people around and I was very uncomfortable. This would be fine if the same attitude was emphasized somewhere. I had been traveling all night, I was tired and I wasted an extra half hour on a cold day looking for a currency exchange office to exchange money. She was generally polite, the rest of the staff were very kind.
No kettle and no indoor slippers, not adequate for a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel, with nice and big rooms, with all needed facilities, balconies included. Nice and helpful frontdesk personnel. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't test the Sri Lankan restaurant downstairs apart from having breakfast there, as we fell for the Block House chain of restaurants.
The hotel isn't quite close to the main means of urban transportation, as marketed. But we managed to find our way through the big city, with a little help from Google Maps and a couple of 5-day Berlin Welcome Cards (by the way, they aren't worth the investment, as they don't ensure any discount for the main museums in Berlin - it's only deceaving marketing; but we used them extensively for travelling around, at least, without caring about buying and validating single tickets every time).

It was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, a grand variety of food and fresh ingredients. That breakfast buffet is among the best I've ever had at a hotel.

Nothing
They charged me extra money because my kids where to old. They told me that is mentioned in the Booking App and it was not. Son I had to pay an extra charge. Not exactable at all because it was not my fault.
