1. Localization and friendly personnel giving great tips about Berlin, places to see, where to eat and how to get there. 2. Having a bath in the room. 3. Comfortable bed
It would be nice to have a bit more place for cloths, nothing so important really. It did not disturb me much during my stay.

Centrally located and close to everything, I could walk everywhere in 10 to 20 minutes and 1 minute walk to the metro station. Although my room was on the street, it was not noisy thanks to the double- glazed windows. A lot of light and very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff was kind and helpful.

Really spacious and clean room with a great view. The location was ideal and made getting around very easy.

The hotel is at the almost perfect location. Definitely among the best locations in Berlin. The room is big enough and very clean.
The main problem with the hotel is that the room we got was on the first floor and looking to the street. The wall towards rhe street is fully glass without any protection so everyone can see inside of the room. To make things worse, bath is in the room. This is the main reason why we would not risk staying in this hotel again. One would also think that the staff would try to avoid putiing a couple on the street (or maybe it is just our logic that the allocation should consider the age, gender, circumstances, etc. of the guest)

The room was excellent and offered a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the hotel for almost the entire day after check-out. Overall, everything was great – we are very satisfied!
