The location was good.
The lobby and elevators had a bad odour throughout. The room was not fully clean, as there was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bed. The sink drain seemed to be clogged. The beds were sagging and not comfortable at all.

I has very friendly staff, great location. Lemon&mint water and apples at reception. Great location bordering museum island. Super value for money. The couch bed for our child was set up and was very comfy.
The mattresses were separate on double bed and a bit too soft for me. But that's a matter of personal preference

This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I really enjoyed it again. The ambience is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is very convenient. What stood out to me most was Mr. Khan. He was always smiling, very approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable, something that is honestly not always the case in many hotels here. He has a very natural host’s attitude and made the whole experience feel warmer and more personal. For me, that kind of service reflects a more international standard of hospitality, and it made a real difference.
It was also a particularly busy week because of the Berlin Half Marathon, but things still felt well managed.

Rubber mattress protectors on the bed. How can you sleep on that? Such a nice room and really good facilities but sleeping is the top priority.
