The location is terrific, the room size feels just right, and the washroom is functional and practical. It covers all the essentials you need from a hotel, and overall I think it’s definitely worth it.
The room felt somewhat outdated, and the furniture didn’t align well with the hotel’s overall aesthetic. The staff felt a bit reserved at times, though I imagine that may just come down to cultural differences. They initially told me an early check-in would be possible, so I waited around for an hour only to be told in the end that it wouldn’t be available after all. What frustrated me most was that no apology was offered, even though I had to return to the hotel and rearrange my plans for the day.

hotel location was good, staff was helpful and the room was big enough for 2 people.
Although we were informed about the room cleaning procedure, please ensure regular room cleaning. As a tourist request a room cleaning one day advance is something not easy to remember.

The location was good.
The lobby and elevators had a bad odour throughout. The room was not fully clean, as there was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bed. The sink drain seemed to be clogged. The beds were sagging and not comfortable at all.

We ended up getting a room upgrade. 10/10 one of the friendliest hotel staff's I have encountered in all my travel years. They also let us extend our car parking an extra few hours so we could walk around the following day before check-out.
Not anything with the hotel itself. We found it difficult to find the car park to the hotel due to some construction numbers can be found on the buildngs. Also make sure if you are traveling by car to get a low emissions green sticker while in the city center! Nowhere offers them on Sundays. So get it early online if possible (2 weeks in advance) or buy it Monday-Saturday.

Great location and easily reachable with public transportation. It was five minutes’ walk to the Staatsoper and many other attractions and sites worth seeing in Berlin. Clean, convenient and relatively quiet despite its central location. Looking forward to my next stay!

Spacious rooms.
I reserved a month ahead and the day before they told me that my room was not available do you mantainance. They tried to make it better but we had to change rooms in between. It was not bad but was not great either
