Fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very friendly. The rooms had nice daylight and my room overlooked a pretty courtyard with a lawn, greenery and a neighborhood view. My window was large and opened to the outdoors, which I love. The staff was very helpful and informative about places to go and things to do in Berlin, and went out of their way to provide me with maps and the necessary info for commuting, eating, and finding sights and entertainment. I extended my stay twice and really loved this location and setting. People knew me by name when I returned to the accommodation, and asked me if I wanted an espresso or a drink whenever I sat idle in the lobby area. Behind the lobby area, was the dining area which led to an outdoor patio in the back where you could also sit with a drink, and the doors remained open on nice days and allowed fresh air into the communal space which was lovely. Breakfast must be reserved the day before, and can be enjoyed inside or on the outside patio, (menu-order). The staff was exceptionally personable. I was on vacation for almost 3 weeks- in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and this was my first time to Berlin. This accommodation was my favorite because the staff was really lovely, five-star.
The lighting was a little dim to do any face primping or to perform any task work.

The bed is so comfy, and its a big one. Room decoration is well designed. Mini bar in the room is all complementary. I love they provide Manduka yoga mat in the room too. Its favbulous, I did 30-40 minutes of practice too. Location is near Savignyplatz station, 7-8 minutes by walk, quite hip and convenience location
Minor issue about cleaning staff that knocked the door on the check out date. They knocked 9 am which is not the checkout time at all (I found this issue in every hotels that I stayed in Berlin for this trip, pretty likely to be their hotel procedure)

Very nice spatial room.
Bed is comfy too.
Gardenview rooms have some sounds from outside. If you're sensitive for this, go for the other side.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The suite was very well equipped and comfortable. But not all areas were properly cleaned and we found a lot of dust in some corners and inside the closet.
The hotel is very well located with a lot of restaurants and shops close by. But you need to be aware that this district is very expensive if you want to to out for breakfast or dinner.

We had a really lovely stay at the Townhouse Berlin. From the moment we arrived the team were friendly, welcoming and keen to help.
Our room was amazing. Spacious, beautifully designed, all the facilities you need in all the right places and quiet, so quiet. Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows opened onto a balcony which looked out over the garden. The bed is huge and extreml comfortable. The whole package was exactly what we were looking for.
The area is cool too. Lots of good restaurants and cafs within walking distance and only a short walk to one of 3 S | U Bahn stations.
We would definately stay here again.

Room was large and shower was really great. The breakfast is the garden is an additional bonus. The staff was so friendly and made sure that we had everything needed. The neighbourhood is also safe also at night. The metro is 7 minute walk to city centre.

The staff were amazing, really welcoming, happy and kind. The coffee was excellent, which is important for me! The rooms are big, well equipped and quiet. The shower was great and overall I will definitey book again if staying in Berlin.
My only minor issue, it was very warm and no A/C, first world problems. Fan on ceiling and could open the balcony door. Would have scored a 10 if not for this.

Very well greeted by happy and pleasant staff. superb location 8mins from a main train/underground station and 10mins walk from main shopping areas. Many decent restaurants within 10mins walk. Well stocked fridge with complimentary drinks. Lovely room with large bed, two bathrooms, plenty of hot water and a comfortable lounge area. I wasn't expecting something so large.i would 100% rebook
Nearly all perfect. Coffee machine in room had 4 complimentary 'pods', housekeeping staff were reluctant to restock, I would have paid if asked. Tv had only exclusively German channels, some international stations would have been a good addition. These are very minor concerns, the hotel was excellent. I would 100% rebook.
