The location was great. Not too far from the major attractions and transport, and a grocery store. It was clean with a minimum of cutlery and kitchenware. Tea and coffee too.
The noise from the kids partying in the other rooms was just horrible. They were partying until 2 am. For three nights in a row.
The room was too small for five people.

Spacious apartment with 1 bedroom in the good proximity of Potsdamer platz.
Have used it several times in the past years and was always satisfied.
The check-in process is fully self service (No staff at the site at any point) which may cause trouble for less IT capable people.
The apartments start getting to be a bit "worn out" - this year, there was a broken shower holder and despite us making a request to the maintenance, nobody came within 4 days or our stay.

The room and building are well maintained, modern and clean. You access the apartments from an inner courtyard which has the reception desk and there are elevators to get to you room. Everything works well and it is nice and quiet.
The wifi was spotty and not always reliable (would disconnect you or not work very well), the TVs in the room had no internet despite being connected to the WiFi, but it was ok for our stay we didn't come here to watch tv.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean, and very warm, even with minimal heating. The location is also very well-connected: U1/2/3 are very close and the Potsdamer Platz is only a short walk away too. Plenty of very nice breakfast places and bakeries in the neighborhood.
Even though I initially had a problem checking in, the employee who helped me over the phone was very kind and quick to resend the access codes.
The Wi-Fi was a little spotty.

The location was superb, the apartment very spacious with a comfortable bed. Only thing to improve is the internet connection and the cleaning, after walking with socks inside the apartment it would have a lot of dust on them.

Wonderful room, apartment style with kitchenette. Great for longer stay (fridge). Decent location, just 10 minutes from Ubahn.
It could have been quieter my first three nights. There was a group of young men (about 6-7) who checked in same time and they were there to party! Of course there was nobody to call when they were loud past 11pm and in and out all night long.
Also, all the night lights were burnt out in the corridor to the back building and the exterior lights on that building, making approach and entry pitch dark.

Facilities & location were great. Nice neighbourhood to walk around but a bit far from main attractions/east Berlin.
No air conditioning in the apartment made it quite hot during summer. They also required a 500 euro deposit that was not made clear during the initial booking.

Property was well located close to both train and bus stations that take to all key places in Berlin. Place was very clean with all amenities required. Staff were very kind. Groceries and restaurants very close as well.
There were no elevators for the apartment area were we were located. We had big bags and gad to carry them 2 floors as we reached when no staff was available. Other areas do have elevators so recommend asking ahead if you travel with big luggage.

It was great to have a full kitchen and modern style apartment. We get tired of eating out. So we were able to hang out as a family many evenings. The location worked In order to get to sight seeing and business tasks - as Berlin is quite big so we were in the middle of everything
Perhaps I suggest they move where they store the garbage and fix the opening gate to the property which at times was a little tricky
