amazing location, close to metro, the hotel itself is lovely, rooms spacious and was a bonus that they have RITUAL products in the bathroom:) the staff was fabolous, and very friendly

There was no elevator in the room we were put in (room 204). There was no replacement room with an elevator. It is very unpleasant when you have heavy suitcases and the room is on the third floor.

Great location, nice looking apartment, extremely helpful receptionists (resolved all our issues with room - went above and beyond)
Self-rated as 5 star (definitely over-rated). Not a fully equipped kitchen, wifi poor, view over garbage bins and a large deposit (500 euros was expected) on arrival.

Good sized apartment with enough kitchen equipment for basic cooking. Located near to transport, bus M85 15 minutes to central station. Plenty of restaurants around and nice cocktail bar very close, Tiger Bar.
The shower could do with a door rather than a curtain as it gets very wet. A spatula would be handy for doing scrambled eggs.

An absolutely superb apartment, the best place I have ever stayed at through Booking.com (,though a Bologna one runs close). Airy, roomy, free coffee, comfortable beds,loads of pillows, loads of towels, fantastic shower, great bath. Whilst it wasnt free, it was great to have a bottle of wine available to drink on arrival (or Vodka if you wanted).

The apartment was at a convenient location for getting around Berlin with public transportation. The room was as described, a well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The beds were good, I slept on the sofa and it was also good. At first the room was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The only very small issue we had was concerning cleaning: There was no cleaning equipment in the apartment, which is fine for a short stay, but we stayed for 9 days and had no way of cleaning the floor (although this is also our 'bad': we didn't ask for any cleaning equipment). Supposedly it was cleaned every other day, but the floor wasn't cleaned, as far as we could tell. This is just a very minute issue, all in all we were very pleased with the place, and will recommend it to others.
