The location was excellent, great restaurants within walking distance, tram and train are right there too. Beds were comfortable as were the dining chairs. Very clean.

Very central location, close to Hackescher Markt. It’s on a lively street with plenty of traffic and people. We enjoyed the energy, but if you prefer a quieter area, this might feel a bit too busy. Inside, the apartment was quiet as long as the windows were closed. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken, but the staff kindly offered us a bottle of wine as compensation — very friendly service!

1. The staff were very thoughtful regarding a birthday we were celebrating. They truly made an effort, and it was beautiful and appreciated.
2. The location is great — close to the U-Bahn, tram lines, and many excellent restaurants.
3. The room was very large and spacious.
4. The hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in.
5. Everything was generally very clean.
1. Staff availability ends quite early (around 15:00). On two occasions, towels were not placed in the room, and when returning from a full day out in the evening, there was no one to ask and no way to get replacements. Also, luggage storage is limited. On the day of departure, we had a late flight, but our bags could not be stored until the evening because no staff were present to grant access. This was very restricting.
2. There is significant noise from the tram throughout the night, and in the morning you can hear housekeeping working on the floor above.
3. The pillows were not very comfortable.
4. We specifically requested a king-size bed (as listed among the room options) and were told we would receive that, including during check-in. However, the bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a single sheet. Additionally, we were given two single duvets instead of one large one.

Large Penthouse top location with plenty of space for two couples to spread out. Location access to food venues and nearby attractions.
The property was had to check-in, took 1 1/2 hour alot of calls to get electronic check-in system to work. Staff was slow responsive to issue.

1. Their check in process is horrible.
2. They withhold 500 euro deposit and that process is digital, which does not work
3. We were waiting in the lobby for more than an hour to complete this automated deposit process.

Location
We have trouble sleeping coz the window it was thin and we hear all kind of sirens every time. We moved out to another apartment, same location and windows were soundproof. The bathroom shower moves out of place when the water is turned on, so the water falls out of the shower box and the floor floods.

The location is so central, it’s exciting to be in the middle of everything. Easy to get to Hackescher Markt, to Alexander Platz and Prenzlauerberg.
Right on Rosenthaler Platz you have everything you need for daily life. UBahn (subway) and Strassenbahn (tram), a bio grocery store, a wash salon (laundromat), coffee shops and food take away places.
The apartment is light airy and the rooms are generously big. The 3 bedroom we rented had two sinks in the bathroom which was practical. There was lots of space yo hang up and put away clothes & personal belongings. The beds are big and comfortable.
So nice to have light cleaning everyday included in the price. & a lift to the apartments.
The staff are very friendly & helpful.
The particular 3 bedroom unit we rented you had to walk through another bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom area.
The place advertised air conditioning, but the mini split was only in one room. It worked very well. But did not cool the entire apartment, only that room where it was. So the other rooms if you needed fresh/cool air then you have to open the windows. And since it’s in such a central location that is very busy there is noise from the street. Still slept well because we were so tired from walking all of Berlin, and the beds are very comfortable.

Liked that the room was clean; location was great; glad they warned about noise but wasn't bad for us; bathroom spacious and good; given enough towels; had a safe; appliances worked; bed comfortable; door between bathroom/foyer and room was good; umbrellas to borrow; vanity mirror in bathroom; could have basic housekeeping everyday or towel replacement; Liked that we didn't have to do a lot when checking out; Nespresso machine was helpful along with fridge; staff at front desk during day was responsive.
Staff only available for non-emergency matters 9-5 which makes it tough if you arrive late; staff has an address to write to for inquiries but never got a response so always had to go down to the desk where they always helped; kitchen needs more utensils appropriate to the cookware and a microwave; minifridge could be bigger for family of 4 and not filled with mini bar items that we had to move to make space; could use more drawers for family-size apartment.

The location is the best you can find. The reception staff is professional yet friendly and cordial although it's so well developed digitally and organized that you can actually stay weeks there without their assistance. Cleaning and laundry services are accurate and good quality. There's not one missing element for this hotel.

Wonderful
Spacious room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen was handy for breakfasts and beer/wine storage. So many nearby restaurants that we never fixed lunch or dinner. 5-6 minutes from the local train, and maybe ten minutes from museum island.
Not a hotel, so not as many services, but cheaper with bigger rooms.
