Great location - very central. Beautiful room. It's a busy part of the city, very close to public transport, and realistically that comes with the 24 hour background noise of a bustling metropolis. Had no trouble sleeping, however. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The online check-in procedure was a little convoluted - I'd suggest simply phoning the reception if it's troublesome.

The place was comfortable and clean. The location was great, well conected through public transport with the areas to explore.
It was a little bit noise due to the tram that goes directly in front of the flat's windows, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping nor resting in any way.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to many sights and shops OR public transport 50m away. Apartments were exceptionally clean, modern and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.
We actually stayed 2 nights in another apartment with 2 additional family members (King Size apartment) and I found the beds were more comfortable in the King Size Apartment than in the Studio apartment we had for the last two nights. The King Size apartment also had better pillows.

Size of the rooms, the decor, comfort, attention to detail. Staff was very professional, polite and well informed. Rooms were serviced on all days. Dishes were done, bins were emptied and beds tidied. Toiletries were good quality. Location was convenient as near both an underground station and a tram stop only a two min walk. Lots of things to like about the accommodation.
Microwave in the kitchen would have been lovely. Towel rail couldn't be operated by guests. May be they were centrally connected. Couldn't be turned on. Timely grouting of the tiles in the bathroom is essential to keep it long-lasting.

The staff's service attitude is very good, and any problems are solved promptly.
Faucets, heating. On the first day, I happened to encounter a faucetThe water leaked and kept ticking so noisily that I couldn't sleep. On the second day, I moved to the 4th floor. There was no heating in the second half of the night. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep

Spacious, light and well equipped in general.
The WiFi in the apartment did not work despite several attempts to get it rectified. This is such a fundamental asset on a business trip that it was very frustrating Theater the problem was not resolved immediately let alone after two days. I used my phone data as a workaround so could work a bit from there when not in meetings or client visits. But it just took the edge off what would have been an excellent stay.
