we had a great stay! the apartment was spacious and very clean. Best was how kindly we got welcomed by Anita. I traveled alone with a small child and had to change the accommodation. so I was at the apartment with luggage at 11am to get it stored. But instead I could enter already the apartment because Anita saw on my booking that I travelled with child. That was very helpful and kind. thanks

Great location, close to metro, tram and bus.
Noise on the road due to the tram passing by, but this is unavoidable, so it’s ok. Improvement area: (1) if they can label the broken item as “known”, it would be better. (2) luggage storage is only till 3pm, hope it can extend to 5pm.

The Rosenthal Residence Apartments are an excellent location for sightseeing Berlin, connected to the U Bahn and trams. The studio was comfortable and clean, with kitchenette stocked with Nespresso coffee and teas and bathroom with toiletry essentials. The staff was very friendly and accommodation, especially Anita, who at check-in arranged for me the earlier entry to the apartment than 3:00 PM usual time, since I have arrived from an overseas flight early in that morning.
No major disappointments.

Excellent location. Neighborhood was full of nice restaurants, pubs. Tram station is just 2 min walk. Staff was incredibly helpful, they even offered early check in and they stored our luggage after checkout till 3:00 PM which is a huge benefit. Room was super clean. Sheets, towels were new. Complimentary coffee and tea was refreshed everyday. Would definitely stay again

I am very satisfied with the studio: it is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and there are even extra bed sheets provided. The staff are also very polite and helpful, with online support that responds quickly.

The location was excellent, great restaurants within walking distance, tram and train are right there too. Beds were comfortable as were the dining chairs. Very clean.

Very central location, close to Hackescher Markt. It’s on a lively street with plenty of traffic and people. We enjoyed the energy, but if you prefer a quieter area, this might feel a bit too busy. Inside, the apartment was quiet as long as the windows were closed. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken, but the staff kindly offered us a bottle of wine as compensation — very friendly service!

1. The staff were very thoughtful regarding a birthday we were celebrating. They truly made an effort, and it was beautiful and appreciated. 2. The location is great — close to the U-Bahn, tram lines, and many excellent restaurants. 3. The room was very large and spacious. 4. The hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in. 5. Everything was generally very clean.
1. Staff availability ends quite early (around 15:00). On two occasions, towels were not placed in the room, and when returning from a full day out in the evening, there was no one to ask and no way to get replacements. Also, luggage storage is limited. On the day of departure, we had a late flight, but our bags could not be stored until the evening because no staff were present to grant access. This was very restricting. 2. There is significant noise from the tram throughout the night, and in the morning you can hear housekeeping working on the floor above. 3. The pillows were not very comfortable. 4. We specifically requested a king-size bed (as listed among the room options) and were told we would receive that, including during check-in. However, the bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a single sheet. Additionally, we were given two single duvets instead of one large one.

Large Penthouse top location with plenty of space for two couples to spread out. Location access to food venues and nearby attractions.
The property was had to check-in, took 1 1/2 hour alot of calls to get electronic check-in system to work. Staff was slow responsive to issue.
