We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent and very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Convenient location. Clean. AC working well. Large bathroom. Nice shower
- Pictures online do not match what you will get.
- Kitchen not equipped as described (e.g. no microwave).
- Room facing the street which is super noisy.
- Generally bad sound insulation (you hear every word spoken in the hallway).
- Run without any staff (at least past 3pm). Nobody around to meet our ask for a baby crib

I booked through another website (booking .com) and the photos they had attached to the Penthouse option were confusing. I now know that they had attached photos of the one-bedroom apartment and the studio. I was confused when I arrived at the Penthouse because it was much bigger than I thought, and it felt disorienting to expect one set of things and arrive at another after 13+ hours of traveling. I think this may be a Booking .com issue rather than a Rosenthal Residence issue. I also wished there were a washing machine in the Penthouse; I had so much laundry that needed to be done and was disappointed to only find a small laundry bag that could be given out for an additional fee.

Great location, next to number of good restuarants within walking distance. Rooms were big, we had the one bedroom apartment which had two separate beds and a sofa bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful - stored our luggage for close to 5 hours after check out. They even allowed us to keep our rental bikes inside the building overnight.
Nothing can be done about this and it is listed in other reviews, but street noise from the tram/garbage trucks is fairly loud for the room facing the street, and it starts fairly early.

Location, cleanliness, it was very roomy. Also it was very close to the subway and really everything. Beds are comfortable.
The front bedroom-you can’t really leave the windows open because of the traffic on the street, but there is a fan to use. And the back bedroom is very quiet.

The flat was as laid out as expected - with cleanliness and comfort exceeding expectations.
Location is perfect - great place right in the middle of Berlin's Mitte, with train station, convenient stores, fashion stores and bars/restaurants/cafes all walkable.
We actually also walked to many of Berlin's central attractions.
Some nights had rowdy crowds from the bars across the street until very late at night - not the place's fault but worth noting. On the other hand, the small balcony that faces the same street is a gem for having a cup of coffee in in the morning.
Note - and we knew this in advance so again - NOT an issue, one of the bedroom in our flat (25) was only accessible through one of the other bedrooms.
Lastly - bathtub/shower, which was great, could use a railing for elderly people to more easily and safely enter/exit as it is quite deep.

we had a great stay! the apartment was spacious and very clean. Best was how kindly we got welcomed by Anita. I traveled alone with a small child and had to change the accommodation. so I was at the apartment with luggage at 11am to get it stored. But instead I could enter already the apartment because Anita saw on my booking that I travelled with child. That was very helpful and kind. thanks

Great location, close to metro, tram and bus.
Noise on the road due to the tram passing by, but this is unavoidable, so it’s ok.
Improvement area:
(1) if they can label the broken item as “known”, it would be better.
(2) luggage storage is only till 3pm, hope it can extend to 5pm.
