Friendly and well organized staff at the reception. Apartment was superb - exactly at listed and even better, spacious, clean, comfortable, warm and with great view. There was everything needed for the stay.
Only downside - there were no cleaning tools provided for the floor and if bathroom floor gets wet there was nothing that could be used to dry it. We visited during the winter so the entrance got dirty and there was nothing to clean it with.

the location is great, very close to many of berlin's landmarks. the big windows make it so that the apartment is very bright. the apartment is also very spacious, enough for a couple+toddler. nice view from all windows..
- there is quite some distance between the check in location and the actual apartment, so not super practical when you have luggage and/or a baby.
- they charge for baby cote, which i have never seen anywhere else in Europe.
- for long stays, if you need some of the consumables (soap, dishwashed soap, toilet paper...), you have to go to the office and they give you just enough for a day or two, so you have to go back again every couple of days. i think for the price, they can be a bit more generous with these little details.
- check-out takes forever because 1st you have to go to their office to start the check out, then they send someone to check the house before you leave, whom you need to wait to come back before you can actually leave... very impractical and a huge waste of time.
- it's the earliest checkout conditions i have seen anywhere in my travels - 10am. a bit too early.

The apartment was conveniently located near the subway station and close to the HIT supermarket, where we purchased items for our breakfast. It was fully equipped with an oven, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and other essentials. There's a balcony as well with nice views.
The apartment was very spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and kitchen. There was a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and several tourist attractions were within easy reach.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.
We had to walk from the reception to our building, which was around 5 minutes walk, which was slightly inconvenient since we were carrying four pieces of luggage.

The location is great and to have parking available was really helpful. The staff were all really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious and there were many food options available in walking distance.
The apartment is very sparse and empty. Minimal furniture and the basics in the kitchen. There's a coffee machine but no coffee or filters. There's a toaster and a bread knife but no cutting board. It was odd to me and very unwelcoming. It seems unthoughtful and inconvenient. The cooking pan was a very scratched Teflon (bad!). I wouldn't return just for this reason.

Location, location, location!
The washing machine was inoperable. A maintenance technician attempted to fix it to no avail. We asked about using another washing machine and were told they did have one but they closed promptly at 6pm and there wasn’t enough time to use it. An expensive uber round trip plus the very expensive laundromat fees were disappointing and not part of the budget. I specifically rented this space because it had a washing machine.

The location is very good and convenient.
We were only given a small piece of soap for the four of us for 3 nights. No paper towels for the kitchen. No A/C in the room. It can get quite noisy at night. The beds were not that comfortable.

The apartment was clean and very spacious - it was a two bedroom. The second bedroom actually had 2 rooms, so it was a bit of a bonus. The bedding and beds were comfortable and clean. We had plenty of storage space with dressers and cabinets in each bedroom. The kitchen was clean and the living/dining room had tons of space. We were able to use the kitchen to have breakfast each day and could have cooked a simple dinner. The washing machine worked fairly well. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but there were a lot of things very close by - just 7 minutes walk to the Brandenburg gate and a 3-4 minute walk to a grocery store, subway station, and the Mall of Berlin. You're also very close to Potsdamer Platz - highly recommend the Manifesto Market for a meal.
It's important to know that these apartments are within a larger apartment complex, so your neighbors might be full-time residents. Also, the apartments are quite spread out over several blocks, so realize that you may not be staying at the address where the reception is located. The reception staff were friendly. We would definitely return to this location.
Our apartment only had a vanity light in the bathroom, which did not adequately light the bathroom. Our friends had another two-bedroom apartment, but their bathroom had a vanity light and overhead bathroom light. Additionally, our handheld shower head needed replacing - it was permanently set on the center setting, which made for a very high-pressure slightly painful showering experience, .

Location was great. Staff was super helpful. The Apartment was very tidy. The refrigerator shelves had seen better days. But I worked around it.
The key drop off in the wee hours was a challenge though they explained it. Having two boxes near each other and no overnight staff was a little tough. Still I highly recommend the apartments

It was close to the metro.
We booked 2 apartments and I have requested when making the booking that we want rooms which are close to each other since our son and his partner from London, will join us. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for the children and their partners; and a 2nd one for me and my husband. They replied it will be subjected to availability. But they have NOT told me that the apartments are in different buildings! If I knew this, I would not have booked it. The staff did not understand that we wanted 2 apartments in the same building. They attempted to downgrade our double duplex to a double room, but still in another building.
The duplex apartment was cold and not inviting! The bedroom upstairs was huge with a bed, side table, cupboard and drawers. The bed looked ‘lost’ in the room.
If you are a family, wanting to spend time over the festive time together, and you apartments are in different buildings, it is very disappointing. And have staff at reception who understand what you require - the lady who assisted us was not very welcoming or helpful.
