Good and quite location in this part of Berlin. The room was large and relatively clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly,. There was ample parking available with EV charger 22kW for 2 cars.
There was unpleasant smell inside the room. There was a coffee and tea machine in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn't available during check-out hours.

We were worried about checking in after 20;00 when no help from staff was available. We were lucky to arrive before 20:00 to get support from the staff.

Disappointing
close to the bus stops, supermarkets and a kiosk, free pastry with cappucino or espresso in the morning, very calm and quiet place to be relaxed.
The biggest problem was that after 16:00 there was no one at the reception and nobody helped directly when the customer has a serious problem for checking-in. The hotel indicated to use a self-checking-in-mascine after 16:00. Actually it is easy when the mascine works properly. But my case, the mascine didn't give the room key after my procedures, even though I tried several times with the help by a woman who answered my phone which I found the Booking.com's help centre. Finally the woman said someone would bring my room key and before he came, she would call me to make sure for the safety. I waited more than 1 hour when she called me back. But the guy whom she sent to bring my key didn't show soon and I had to wait him another half 1 hour. And even he was not coming where I expected and I ran in the hotel without a light to look for him. (Witout a room key elevator doesn't move and I used the steps for up-and-downs!) Then I got the key and went into the room. Everything would go finally ok...but now the another problem happened. When I then supposed to go out for dinner and tried to check if the key worked. The red light was on and I found the door never closed. It means I had to stay without locked the door. So I called the woman again. I don't know how much I spent to call her on this international number!? I am not an EU citizen. She answered me only that there must be a problem with room key itself and she had no way so that I should come to ask reception tomorrow while someone is there in the morning. Maybe she doubted me if I lied, so she didn't explore any other way more. I really cannot believe that the hotel let a customer stay in such a room for a whole night. If someone would breaks in, what the hotel would do for me?　Fortunately there was nothing happened, but I stayed very stressed.

The Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Clean and well cared for. Big bathroom and wonderful tub!
I would have appreciated more lighting in the hallway at night. Honestly I really like this property and since I come to Zehlendorf often, I will stay again!

The apartment was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The building itself appeared to be recently renovated and was exceptionally clean inside. Additionally, having a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away was incredibly convenient.
We stayed here while visiting the nearby hospital for a few days, so we didn't have a chance to explore Berlin. Because of that, I can't speak to how convenient the location is for accessing the city, but the hotel was perfect for our needs during our hospital visits.

Simply perfect! What else can I tell you? Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. There is a local center nearby and you can buy everything from there. It's almost 30 mins away from the Berlin Hbf by taxi. We had a Berlin welcome card for 48h and we used public transportation during our stay. They provide croissants every morning and unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and tea. We are super happy.
