Fantastic value for money and perfect location, outstanding breakfast, exciting design, and I especially liked the extra pillows and other gifts that came with the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities were far from as good as the room and the rest of the hotel.

Location. next to the river.
This place is falsely advertised as a 4-star hotel. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, and since I travel for work, I had to spend over $100 using my mobile data. The breakfast is nothing more than cheap supermarket items. The staff were rude both at check-in and when I collected my luggage. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here. The Gym is a zoo, such a tiny space 20m2, 4 or 5 people there all the time.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful we have been there many many times and the service is always excellent . The rooms are clean and spacious the suites are fantastic .

Amazing value for money facilities with free coffee for the morning and supply of appliances, amazing river view and very very comfortable.
The place is not the best as you need to use transport for the city or train station cause it’s a bit far, Also I stated that I will have a late check in at 1:00-2:00 but because my train was late I showed up at 2:06 and was greeted nicely in the reception from a member of staff of what appears to be of Turkish descent everything was ok until he saw that my nationality is “Greek” and he proceeded to give me a serious look change his tone and gave me a disgusted look and said “you are late” even tho I apologised beforehand and explained that my train was 1hr late.

The shower... wow, I think it was fitted by Karcher engineers so powerful. It's amazing !
Quiet location, comfortable bed, good facilities and air conditioning.
Secure underground parking. There are plenty of local food and drink options.
Nice seating area outside.
Poor wifi from our room.
There is no option to connect remotely to the TV.
No fridge.
Spa was too far from room, so we didn't bother.
Would have liked to stay another night but was 2.5x the cost of the 1st night.

Excellent location within easy reach of amenities and central Berlin. Lovely decor, welcoming and helpful staff and lots of lovely touches. Great breakfast that exceeded expectations! Would stay there again!
