The location and the view were great
The bathroom and toilet condition was very bad. The toilet didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The service at the breakfast wasn’t that good.

Experience below expectations for a 4-star hotel. There was no soap in the shower or at the sink and we had to request it – only one was brought. The room had no coffee, sugar, or fridge. The air conditioning did not work and the room was very hot.
We also received 2 vouchers for a drink in the hotel, but they were not accepted.
I will not return anytime soon; the standards have dropped significantly compared to previous stays (I have been staying here since 2017).
