Modern and very well furnished hotel, I really like atmosphere here. Feels classy.
Going completely digital, with absolutely zero staff on-site just does not work. Keys don't work sometimes, doors get stuck, the doorbell that's supposed to call a live person in remains unanswered... getting into the garage is a story if it's own. This whole idea just doesn't work. They used to have staff during the day, and it was the good old times back then. Now I will think twice before booking a room here again.

Location
The low score is for the manner in which Amano dealt with their data breach at the end of November 2025, which preceded my stay in December.
Amano waited to disclose the data breach to the public until 11th December 2025. By then, my stolen personal data had already been used for a phishing attack, which resulted in financial damages.
In trying to sort out a solution with Amano on damages caused on their behalf, their final stance was: “you shouldn’t have clicked on the fraudulent link”.
Really, Amano?! Is that how you treat customers when you mess things up so badly?! How about showing some responsibility by:
- Safeguarding customer personal data so fraudulent can’t be sent in the first place
- Warning customers the same day you discover your data breach (instead of waiting for a week!!) that they shouldn’t click on any fraudulent links
- Answering customer questions for a change when they approach you about possibly fraudulent links
- Showing some interest in customer-care by offering compensation like a free room-upgrade or hotel-stay for the price of suffered damages
None of this happened and Amano should be ashamed that it leaves customers out in the cold like this.

The door into apartment is push to open. It's pull to open in US. Hope the instruction can be more clear " Push to Open" we had hard time to get in the front door.

On one of the days, the parking shutter button wasn’t working. I had to ask my wife to go through the main entrance into the garage and pull the lever to open the parking gate so I could get the car inside.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and well-suited for the purpose of my visit. The place was clean and tidy, which I appreciated.
However, several things could have been improved. Firstly, some of the facilities listed in the description were not provided, such as an electric kettle. More importantly, communication with the host or management was very poor. There was no on-site staff, and I was messaged through the booking app asking me to email them directly for self-check-in details. I never received any follow-up email, which caused me a lot of stress on the day of arrival. I had to contact the booking platform for help, and even then, I didn’t receive any response before arriving. Eventually, I found a paper posted at the property with instructions, but it was confusing and could have been handled much more clearly.
In addition, I had requested a car parking reservation as mentioned in the listing, but again — no response. This lack of communication was really frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, the property was fine, but the experience was let down by missing amenities and unclear, unresponsive communication. With better coordination and clearer check-in instructions, this could have been a much more positive stay.

The hotel was booked with parking it was in advertisement but after arrival was found that no parking for everyone. No alternative was offered. Found the nearest car park 600 meters from the hotel. Parking on the street is extremely expensive - 4 Euro per hour. It was necessary spend time to walk to the car and back every morning and evening. The hotel is in a very noisy location and every tram was audible. The price does not correspond to the reality.

The WiFi cuts out all the time and is quite annoying to login to, the TV isn’t a smart TV and has controls that don’t allow you to cast apps like Netflix or anything.

Modern interiors with most amenities. The kitchen was basic but usable. The sofa bed is quite small, so it's not usable for grown-ups, although it was fine for my two young kids. The main bed was of a good size. The apartment has lots of windows and a good flow of air. Good hot water and a shower. If you are a light sleeper, the tram and the road noise might be an issue. However, the apartment does a decent job with sound insulation. We had no issue with it.
Communication from the property was non-existent. We were to arrive around 9 pm from the airport with young boys. I emailed the property weeks in advance about the check-in process using the booking.com-provided email address and didn't get a direct answer. On the day I called from the airport, I spoke with two different people who could email me the instructions. The desk is not manned after hours, and we had to self-check in using their interactive stations. This process was relatively easy, but the lack of communication from the property is something they should work on.
