Spacious and comfortable apartments near the main train station. The apartment had everything: large bathroom, kitchen, writing desk, sofa + bed. The reception staff was super helpful with our questions about the city.

multi-modal public transport connections nearby; well-equipped apartments, friendly and helpful reception staff, nice overall atmosphere.
Room was double-booked at arrival, replacement room was arranged for one night, but changing rooms during the stay is bit annoying. Cleanliness: could be good to vacuum from time to time also the couch under the cushions (interesting things were to be found there) and under the beds (super dusty).

We arrived two hours early without telling them in advance, but the room was ready and receptionist was very friendly and let us in without any issue. Huge plus!
Room had a balcony with a nice city view and we were able to check the weather before going out. Nice :)
This is a 4 star hotel facility, so they had a fitness center with pool and a sauna. Sweet!
Tram station in front of the hotel with those magic yellow trains arriving every 5 minutes. This a gateway connecting you to Berlin's great public transportation system.
And finally, they place lots of complimentary umbrellas at the door when it rains. Nice touch. Thank you guys!
Kitchenette did not have a cook-top, but the microwave was that microwave+oven type so we could still enjoy some home cooking )) So no big deal, especially with all the other benefits.

The rooms are quite cozy, there is a washer and dryer, and the service is pleasant.
very strange smell in the corridors. There is a swimming pool, but with very cold water, and it has no private space or a person taking care of this area,anyone from the hotel can come and just spend time near the pool with all their clothes or belongings. Also there is a lack of cleanliness or maybe it is time to change the carpets in the room, because they have old stains. The location is also not very good.

House keeping is very weak. No cleaning. Only re arrangement of towels. Even no replacement of towels. Clearly low cost hotel at high cost.

Breakfast was wonderful and delicious every morning. Especially the coffee/espresso machine! Complimentary hot chocolate bar was cute. Staff was wonderful and all so friendly. Our room was very big! We had a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for my husband and I and our 12 and 16 year old. Plus the comforters/duvets they use were sooo comfy and warm and soft!

The rooms were spacious and lived the kitchen being included. We didn’t cook but did need the fridge and coffee/tea makers. Loved the balcony. The location was walkable to many areas. Staff very friendly.

Hotel is one tram stop from Central Train Station, which is very convenient. The same tram line takes you east to a great corridor of restaurants and clubs. Also convenient to take public transportation to the museum and historical districts.
The immediate area is less to be desired; park across the street is not well maintained, no nearby restaurants/coffee shops to speak of, so plan on using this as base to explore. Price, value, and location to nearby attractions make it worth while.
