Great location. Tram around the corner. 10 - 12 min walk to central station. Staff very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Spacious room. Suited all of our requirements. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
A bit trivial but it would be nice for all apartments to have a washing machine. We stayed in a studio which didnt have one. A washing machine would be more beneficial than a dishwasher.

Special thanks to Daniela who was on reception duty the evening we arrived. She was on an evening shift and when she came off duty, she went out of her way to help us out with extra clean linen and towels as my partner was very unwell when we arrived. Thanks to her, she helped to make our stay very comfortable.

Good access to public transport
There were 2 days of no access to water/toilet at the hotel. When i asked for bottled water, I was met with a flat noresponse. After the water was reinstated it was discoloured and undrinkable for a short while. Its an unusual occurance, surely there should have been a plan to make sure guests were comfortable.

The Adina Hotel was centrally located near the Berlin Central Train station and very convenient to museums and major sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel property for future visits. Very clean and modern with a cute bar for evening visits.

Modern beauty, The lobby, the hallways, the rooms, the balcony. Its all very beautiful! The customer service is helpful and very nice :)
Its on the expensive side at 160 per night, there is no jacuzzi and the pool is not heated

Excellent location in the centre of Berlin in walking distance to Berlin central station; room was spotlessly clean, decently-sized for a four-day stay (it also had a kitchen area) and very quiet (it faced the inner courtyard); comfortable bed; stylish and up-to-date interior design both in the room and throughout the hotel; relaxed setting at breakfast with a decent selection of hot and cold food, friendly and helpful staff.
Somewhat small spa facilities were loud and cramped on the one occasion that we frequented them; more efforts could be made to attract guests to the bar in the evenings, for example by showing live sports events that are not available on any of the TV channels in the room or shows of popular interest on a large TV screen. We are convinced that, during our stay, many guests would have been present in the bar if the UEFA Champions League semi-final between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid or the Eurovision Song Contest had been shown in the bar. In fact, the bar was closed altogether during the Eurovision Song Contest; no guests appeared to make use of the quiet and peaceful outdoor seating area in the courtyard.

Location, facilities, very kind staff (reception).
The bed was too small, it was 1.40m. Defenitely not a queen size bed. The room could use a better cleaning, too much dust.

the rooms are spacious and the surroundings are quiet and somehow comfortable
The flush of the bathroom in which i stayed was damaged and kept making noise after flushing, although i informed the front desk, and i was told it would be taken care of nothing happened. The shower stand was also damaged. A total shame for an unworthy 4 stars hotel. On top of that after house keeping was done, toilette paper was not renewed and tissue paper too, i had to go to the reception to get a refill. Catastrophe! I had 2 Spiders on the wall in my room!!
