My room fit all my needs and was as I booked. The location was great for restaurants and public transportation. Unfortunately for me I didn't eat breakfast during my stay. The bar and bartender were great. The staff at the front desk were very accomodating and kind.
Germany is not known for it's super strong WiFi. I was able to use the hotel's WiFI for my Smartphone, but I was unable to use it for my Amazon Firestick to watch my televison apps. I simply used my Smartphone's hotspot to utilize my Amazon Firestick, so there were no real issues. This issue is very superficial and is the only semi negative thing I experienced.

Rooms were good sized, very clean, and a good location. Staff helped us with train tickets and provided extra towels when requested.
The booking said laundry faculties, and when we checked in they directed us to the ones off the lobby. Which could only be controlled from an app we had to download and which did not work. All this and we had laundry in the room, in a hidden closet in the bathroom, which the staff did not point out to us.
The french press for coffee also broke the first day, and it took 3 requests to get a new one.

The location was gorgeous and convenient.
The location was great and the breakfast and staff at the breakfast were great. However for the cost the hotel was extremely dirty and had lots of damage. The sink was also broken as well as rips in the wall. The staff was rude when asked about the washing facilities.

Room was pleasant and roomy enough.
We were unable to cool the room to a comfortable level, so had to open windows so we could sleep. Unfortunately, construction below our window started at 5 am! Also, we requested 2 twins but the room was set up as 1 king bed.

Great location and courteous and accommodating reception staff. They were very helpful and gave us an apt with a view of the TV tower and promptly provided the missing second TV remote. Love the w/m and dryer apt facilities, the two separate TVs in the bedroom and living area with UK channels, and complete privacy when requested by putting up the sign on the apt. door.
The one bedroom apt. had the same facilities as the one we previously stayed in at Adina Checkpoint Charlie but it was not as spacious. But the better location to Alexanderplatz and the close transportation facilities made up for this and also, the wonderful reception staff esp. Walter.

Fantastic location near Alexanderplatz; very close to trains and trams. We had an apartment with separate bedroom and living area, nice with large amount of space. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, including coffee and maker (plunger type). There's a good grocery store just around the corner.
Kitchen could have been a bit better supplied, such as cutting board, salt/pepper, napkins/paper towels, and some kind of wrap to cover food for refrigeration/microwave. The heat/AC control didn't seem to respond very well to adjustments. It was pricey, but then everything in central Berlin is.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in with the best location. The hotel staff is very kind. They changed us to a room where the air conditioner wasn't working properly. The breakfast is really good and satisfying. You can also buy food at the cheap supermarket below the hotel and prepare it yourself. Excellent beds and pillows that make you fall asleep immediately.
The shower head was not in good condition, the flow was not very good and the height and direction could not be adjusted.

We loved this apartment. It was clean and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week stay at the end of our ten week bicycle tour. The location is perfect with loads of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. It is also very near to train, tram and metro transportation too. It was expensive for our budget but worth it. We wished we could stay longer and would definitely stay there again.

one day i came back to the room and there were clear signs of someone entering the room - the coffee table and other little pieces of furniture were moved, curtains not fully closed, etc. when i asked the hotel about this, no one knew who went to the room and why which i found very very strange. clearly someone entered my room for some reason and no staff was aware of it, nor was i informed about it. this made my stay very uncomfortable. not sure if i want to come back to this location.

I liked the room - it was equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The location is great - nice neighborhood and very close to public transportation so we could get anywhere we wanted very easily.
