Large room with plenty of space to move around. Loved the coffee machine. Washer and dryer were amazing. Small kitchen which was fantastic
Sink blocked in the first 10mins, took 24 hrs to get it seen to. No chrome cast on TV. Location wasn’t great. Not a lot of choice for restaurants in the immediate area.

The location is central to everything. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. The facilities are great- clean and spacious.
The on-site bar/restaurant is not the best deal. It’s convenient, but buyer beware.

The rooms were large and very nice. Great location - we didn't have a car and were able to walk or catch the hop on hop off bus with no problems. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to grocery store - which we visited frequently. Easy walk to Check Pointe Charlie. We felt really safe in this location. Would totally stay here again!

It was a nice location and easy to find. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
When I arrived the hand towels provided were dirty (covered in visible hairs as if someone shaved and used this towel to wipe their skin). Not the end of the world, as the hotel signage directed, I put those dirty towels on the floor and expected them to be replaced the next day. No, the housekeeping staff seemed to take the towel off the floor, fold and replace - the same towels were covered with the same hairs.
When I brought this to the attention of the concierge, they were helpful and arranged for new towels immediately, but I’m disturbed that my idea of clean wasn’t theirs. Pretty gross.
The air conditioning didn’t work, but the temperature was ok for me after opening windows.
Also, the sauna was not working for two days of my stay and the sauna was a major reason I chose this hotel. The pool was at de facto full capacity with two swimmers and it was nearly always busy.
I’m not sure this hotel is worth the price given the facilities and lack of cleanliness.

The locating was good. The facilities (pool and gym) were great. We rented bikes from them and they were well manteined..
It wasn't clean. The first night, we found a bug in the nightstand. The carpet was old, and the ceiling was a bit moldy. You have to ask for the room to get cleaned every day, and even when we did that, we had to wait for days for them to come

The size of the apartment was great. It was close to the hop on hop off bus and Lidl supermarket. Having a kitchen and laundry were great. Great courtyard for sitting outside and lovely range of food at breakfast.
Not enough coffee or sugar for a three night stay, only enough for one cup. Restaurant/bar not open over weekend. Breakfast could have been hotter - eggs and baked beans lukewarm.

Very comfortable apartment. We had everything we needed. Swimming was great and clean. Very good breakfast. Very close to all major attractions
That is not criticism rather something could be added- tv had only 1 channel in English and it would be easier if we could just use our Netflix if TV had this option

The room was spotless, clean and very spacious for us two. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for us. The kitchenette served us well. Nevertheless, you have to admit that the building is rather old and needs a little fix: our corridor light was broken the whole time and the door of our closet went off the first day. These are both minor details, though, and we are happy to visit Adina again. ?

Breakfast was fine and is help yourself so have as much as you like. Location was ideal for us as near to some of the sights we wanted to see.
Car park is quite small but there is a public one close by, we were lucky and got into the hotel one
Rooms are large and loads of space.
Did not like the fact that you could not eat in the restaurant during the evening so you had to go out. Also the bar was closed as the staff were all ill, which is not nice for them but it also impacted on our holiday too. We picked the place because it advertised the facilities so be prepared to go out each evening and I advise you to book where you want to eat.

Excellent location just 5 mins to Lidl supermarket and the 200 bus. Also, justv15 mins walk to museum island, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie etc. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Laura who was great. Very clean, spacious, light, great bathroom and kitchen and very secure. As the TV is in German language we asked for a Fire Stick so we could watch Prime and Netflix. Great balcony. Highly recommend.
Would have appreciated some basic condiments and cooking oil.
