My reservation was confused with someone else's. I was given a room with too few beds. It took several hours for the missing bed to arrive. Because my reservation was confused, the employee thought we should have checked out a day early. He entered my room while I was gone and used my daughter's personal phone to contact me about it.

This was exceptional value for money, really clean and right next to the underground, space clean and comfortable
They could have given a kettle and mugs but they did give a kettle after request! It's great for the price, so don't expect 5 star facilties, could have given better pillows though

Location, breakfast and the room
Limited amenities as compared to the price. Minimum expectations to provide coffee and water heater and some complimentary water bottles. The hair dryer was not working as well.

Big room for family of four. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
