I absolutely LOVED this place! Not only is it unique in its location but everything about it was unique! The beds were comfortable and they had more than enough pillows for 2 people, the bathroom was huge, the views were great, there were little things in the room we could use (e.g. the sling back we could use during our stay?!), the free mini bar and the amazing staff. Not to mention the bar, the restaurant and well, everything!

The location is good, the view on the zoo is really great, the place looks hip. “Reading bubble” in the room is comfy, books add a nice touch.
The client service was completely missing. At first the room wasn’t the way it looked in the pictures. I had to beg to change it so it lives up to the expectations. It actually happened, but the phone charger I left in the first room wasn’t returned to me. Girls at the reception seemed really annoyed that I asked for my stuff that was either thrown away or stolen. One told me to come next morning, the other just told me “No”. Nobody even considered helping me with my dying phone battery.

The reception area was so relaxing with the hammocks. It overlooked the zoo and the grandkids loved it. It had a busy bar for the more noise tolerant and a quiet bar for us oldies.
