The hotel is gorgeous from the outside but extremely bland on the inside. If you are looking for charm, the interior will disappoint. The carpets in our room 206 were stained.

Clean, and spacious, comfortable bed, and the staffs were very welcoming and friendly! Water bottles and fruits were offered when arrived in the room :) very sweet.
Breakfast was neat and well organized, each food has a little description so I know what I am eating! Dining place was big and well organized. Easy to navigate.
TV was not working but we didn’t watch it anyway.

Centrally located in beautiful downtown Bamberg. Close to all the sites on foot.
The room was fantastic. Quiet. Clean. Comfrey bed and super nice shower. Breakfast was also top notch.

Beautiful and spacious room. The entire hotel is squeaky clean and smells good. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Fresh fruit in the mornings. The location is perfect, within walkable distance to the train station and landmarks. Definitely would stay here again!
A tea kettle in the room would’ve been nice ;)

The hotel was charming--we were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge and it was incredible. The location in Bamberg's Altstadt was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was personable and helpful.

The staff and ambiance were exceptional. It is a charming place to stay and walking distance to several key locations. Everything in the hotel had a touch of class! Even the daily croissants and water in the lobby were such a treat!
I couldn’t figure out how to get the room cool. I did not ask though until my last day because I kept forgetting.
