Beautiful hotel in perfect location—most everything was within walking distance. Helpful and courteous staff. Beautiful rooms. Best and most complete breakfast included with room that we encountered in many years of traveling in Germany
Water temperature in shower became scalding hot when toilet in room 12 was flushed. We reported it so should be fixed by now.

The accommodation was glisteningly clean and nicely appointed. The location is very central and next to a park and underground parking. Breakfast and sauna are both good.
The 'fitness' area is the size of a large closet and only offers 3 cardio machines. For a hotel of this level, more options are expected.

Excellent central location. Breakfast was very nice with good choices.
No air conditioning (not an issue but good to know.) Room had a standing fan so, stay was still comfortable. Also, be sure to arrange parking ahead of time as garage can fill up, but also have public parking garage on the same street

The hotel is very close proximity to all the sights. Hotel staff very nice. The breakfast was superb with really nice indoor and outdoor seating.
Our room had no AC so on super hot days it may be a problem.

This was much more posh than we expected, complete with a sauna for relaxing and a gym. The location was good for sightseeing and shopping, and the staff was friendly and courteous, making sure our needs were met.
The on-site parking is a bit tight and tricky for Americans not accustomed to driving in Europe, but is doable.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from old town. Secure, easy to access underground parking. Pet friendly and they supplied a dog bowl and bag of food/treats. Spotlessly clean. Lots of extra touches in bathroom (sewing kit, bath crystals in addition to shower gel, body lotion, tissues, magnified mirror, his/hers sink, large bath tub and shower, slippers and towel robe). Friendly, helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Super comfy bed. Would 100% recommend, and stay again myself ?

We chose the hotel as being very close to the centre of town....which it was. Staff very helpful on arrival...parking available in underground garage...which wasn't expensive.
Breakfast very good .
If it could have been warmer outside we'd have liked to sit on the patio with a drink...not really in your control!
