The location, quiet comfortable room with excellent service from the staff.
The shower leaked where the door meet the glass panel. There should be rubber edging on the door and glass panel.

Facilities in the bedroom and quality of the linen etc were very good. Air conditioning would have been a nice inclusion (see below) Staff were good and very attentive Food was good but breakfast overpriced
Our room overlooked the river and although it was on the top floor the noise from the weir was very difficult to cope with as the bedroom windows had to be open due to the very warm weather temperature and the room having no air conditioning. Avoid a river view bedroom! We felt that the breakfast should have been available as an inclusion. The booking system and cost of breakfast was expensive for what was available.

Spacious accommodation in picturesque location on the river in old town. Ample room for two couples in two bedrooms.
Stair to loft bedroom were steep and little things like a kettle or fridge would have added to the room.

Great location, clean comfortable room
The staff at the restaurant was awful. Our first night they somehow missed our entree and we spent over an hour waiting to find out that the waitress didn’t even put the order in. One morning, they brought us the wrong order If it weren’t for the wait staff at their restaurant, it would have been close to perfect. Our room was great but the wait staff at the restaurant are in desperate need of training

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great location
Property must provide fans for rooms when temperatures exceed 29 degrees. The rooms otherwise become intolerably stuffy and hot, and sleeping is impossible.
