Exceptional
I had a wonderful stay in Bad Homburg, the staff welcomed me very friendly and the hotel was very charming, especially because of its alternative touch and of its history. The breakfast was excellent. I've also enjoyed the beautiful environment, especially the wonderful park next to the Hotel. Will probably come back in a year! Thanks for having felt at home.
Nothing to mention, everything was perfect and has surpassed my expectations.

Terrific location on edge of spa park. Also close to main shopping district/restaurants. Easy walk to train station.
I could not tell if the receptionist was flustered or passive aggressive. Strange behavior. I had small economy room in second floor (2flights up). No elevator or AC, which was disappointing since the weather was very hot. It was OK, though, as it cooled off at night. There was a fan which provides a nice breeze, but also creates dry air. Normally German beds are high quality and very comfortable. Seemed to get economy mattress in economy room. That was the only significan negative about the hotel. Maybe other rooms are better. Location is spectacular.

Fantastic location. Villa Kisseleff is now quite dated. They charge for everything extra. Staff is friendly but not very efficient. Example: After settling my bill, I was inundated by several people that €15 was still due for the dog, which I said I will settle upon departure. Furthermore are the rooms only being cleaned every second day which I found a bit weak.

Matratze was worn our and like a sink whole. Shower cabine unclean and one sliding door hing was broken. Carpet was hardly vacuum cleaned and there were pins and crumbles on the floor. The receptionist was not fit for his job one nobody was present 2 of my 3 day stay.

The location is very nice in Bad Homburg, close to the Kurpark. The breakfast is nice.
The first night my room is not preprared. But next day I moved to a room I booked.

Good location
We made the mistake of staying for 4 nights. The hotel staff only came into the room once to provide extra towels. They did not want to clean, make the beds or even empty the rubbish! The furnishings were very shabby and there was mould in the shower and even inside the fridge. We have never experienced this before in Germany! It’s a cheap hotel, but not good value and we would not recommend it.
