The access to the sauna and pool was very welcome. It was centrally located, near many walking paths, sights, activities, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast lovely.
This hotel is on a busy road, which meant we had to close our windows at night to sleep (though the windows are soundproof). The hotel dinners are nice, but not good value for money. Also, staff responsiveness could be better. Once, my safe did not work, and the woman on duty said the boss would be in at 7 pm (hours away and after dinner). I insisted she ring him because our car keys and money were in the safe, and then he came straight away, but I should not have had to insist a second time. Once should have been enough.

The obvious benefit of this hotel is the spa, which is fabulous and beyond reproach. It’s like Thermae 2000 in Falkenburg or other spas in the Netherlands. The rest of the hotel is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are lovely. Breakfasts are excellent. I also ate dinner one night and it was well presented with an outstanding dessert.
No information in English. The instructions for the keys and spa access are complicated - thank goodness for Google Translate!
The dedicated parking for motorcycles is too small to use, so bikers fit into the gravel car park but it is not easy to secure the bikes on this surface. Large cars tend to obstruct the footpaths.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. They charge extra for things that normally should be included in the price (e. g. parking, use of bathrobes).

The personnel is very friendly. The breakfast is great! There are key-boxes with codes at the entrance for late arrivals. Great view of the mountains from the rooms
The thermal baths were closed. The hotel is next to a road and some rooms are facing the road. Not very clean in the corners, could use an update. My room was not cleaned during my stay even though I told the cleaning lady I would be out in 20min when she came by. The comforters are too short.
