Great location, breakfast was quite good for the price, friendly staff.
Hotel is a bit old, so rooms are also a bit old looking, the bed was fine, windows were getting wet on the inside, bathroom a bit uncomfortable, but in general quite a good place for the price

Great breakfast and suitable times for it. Super location: thermals is just few minutes walk; several restaurants near the hotel; easy to find and good to reach with any kind of transport. Room is just OK for a short stay. Warm inside

Nice, clean and big room, comfortable bed. The breakfast venue was well organised. The food was also suitable for diabetic people.
Receptionists were unwelcoming. The evening receptionist was unfriendly, almost rude, provided false information, and did not give us a WiFi code. Morning Receptionist was a bit more helpful, but was so smelly that made me almost sick. He was speaking with an other staff in German in a sarcastic way, but I caught English and flexible words. I wasn't sure what they were talking about, but I felt myself embarrassed and humiliated.

The location is at city center, there‘s a small river next to the hotel, so I can hear the lovely water stream from my room. The breakfast has a lot of option.
The room is a little bit smelly, they need to air the room more often.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, but easily accessible with the car. You can park your car on the parking at the hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was ideal for two, and the bathroom seems recently renewed.
The bathroom itself can be a little small.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff wonderfully helpful.
Location splendid, yet still it was quiet at night. Loved the sound of the creek flowing right outside the window.
The only minor inconvenience was that the shower could have been bigger.
