Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, excellent service.
Noisy room facing the main street. Could not leave the windows open because of the noise and so the room was very warm for sleeping (no air conditioning).

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly.
There was a mini bar in the room but I would have liked to have coffee and tea available in my room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room, however, was in an annex, accross the room from the main hotel and sauna facilities. This was not so optimal, especially in cold and wet weather as you have to put winter shoes and clothes on in order to access the swimming pool/ sauna area.
The food was amazing.

Very high quality décor and furnishings in public areas and especially welcoming reception on arrival including staff. Dining room and breakfast room are separate which is practical and good for guests with different decor. Swimming pool and sauna spacious, clean and welcoming. Parking generous and payable. Room decor and furniture Hugh quality with al facilities spotlessly clean. second visit and to be thoroughly recommended!! ?✅

It was fun to stay there. The hotel is in very good condition. The room was as expected, quite comfortable, well-kept. The breakfast was great, very tasty, lots of options. The staff was professional, well-mannered, helpful. The swimming pool, although a bit small, was nice and accessible. The sauna was nice. The hotel is around 12 min from the national park entry
What is the deal with cleaning? I went to have breakfast at around 8.30 and went back to my room around 9. I was hoping to get ready and start my day early only to find cleaning in progress. That delayed me significantly and from the bottom of heart - what the hell. This practice needs to be changed.
Next day I put a sign to not enter my room and went to breakfast around 8.15. I came back to find that the bed was done. This is not ok. Please, wake up, we are in 2024

Hotel has a large parking space. The restaurant is serving excellent food and the staff is very experienced. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern with all necessary equipment.
The room was very warm, since there is no airco. EVen with open window, it was difficult to lower the temperature. The open window had also the disadvantage of street noise.

Centrally located for Bad Harzburg horse racing track and walking in the Harz National Park. The staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel has excellent facilities for parking and also a fitness centre and pool. The rooms are of a good size and well maintained. There is also an Annex with single sized rooms

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.
