Hotel has a large parking space. The restaurant is serving excellent food and the staff is very experienced. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern with all necessary equipment.
The room was very warm, since there is no airco. EVen with open window, it was difficult to lower the temperature. The open window had also the disadvantage of street noise.

Centrally located for Bad Harzburg horse racing track and walking in the Harz National Park. The staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel has excellent facilities for parking and also a fitness centre and pool. The rooms are of a good size and well maintained. There is also an Annex with single sized rooms

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.
I liked everything, no complaints.

staff and main hotel was quite nice
we were given a room in a detached property called Haus Louise. We could not dare going to the wellness facilities - pool, gym located in main hotel in the cold weather across the street. it was very inconvenient. please ensure when you book you are accommodated in the main building else you would not be able to enjoy all the facilities even though you paid for them

Very high quality family run hotel in central location wit extensive facilities and wonderful staff. Delicious dinner in elegant restaurant and extensive breakfast buffeyin a separate room. Good swimming pool and rctei wellness area. Bedrooms of very high quality, well above usual 4 star quality. Free extensive carparking
It was a shame there was no kettle in the bedroom to be able to make tea!! A small gripe but when on holiday a useful facility!!

Liked: Location was good close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the Sauna & Facilities and this was a key feature. Breakfast spread and the choice as well as staff ensuring we had everything we needed in the morning.
The front desk interactions were not the best, everything we asked for was met with a frown and a NO. Very little care for customer service and friendliness. Simple Question: room is available online to extend one more night, can we extend? Answer: NO. Oh, OK will do that for you. Not the friendliest no matter what we asked and how much we smiled. Crammed room, there was a lamp next to a lamp in a room already small.
