The location is very special, the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. Free private parking. The view from the balcony facing the pond is very attractive. Delicious breakfast and a good choice
The bathroom needs to be updated.

We loved the cosy and friendly atmosphere in Hotel Residenz. Breakfast was great and I tested the stuffed Pastry Swans. I had Number 11, absolutely delicious! Location is great, close to the Natur Park, only few minutes walk from the Spa, free parking.

The location, staff and breakfast. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.
The place felt worn. The mattress was old, the pillow was lumpy. The furniture and carpeting have seen better days.

The people were very friendly. Rooms were clean every day. Location was very peaceful. We'd go back next time.
The bathroom was very small. No problem for us, but can be a problem to others.
