Very Poor
Hotel building is darling, very clean and beautiful.
It was very hot, no AC, so we had windows open. It's a non-smoking hotel, but the sun comes up and the roosters start at 4:00 am, and the staff started smoking outside at 5:00 am. My room filled with smoke--I have a lung condition and couldn't stay. I tried to contact staff in both buildings to check out, but no one would help me. I've emailed the hotel, but zero response. Really frustrating, and I'm out the money for two rooms/two nights.

I have booked a very calm and bright room also modern with nice furniture and overall looking, when arrived they gave me the darkest room as upgrade! And the hotel was full!! It was so uncomfortable room with very dark furniture and i was feeling horrible at my stay for 5 nights! Whenever i book a hotel i choose my own likings of type of rooms , why should i stay in a very bad room and feel uncomfortable and pay that much of money for a hotel that doesn’t deserve one penny! Im so dissatisfied..

Mixed Experience – Disappointed by Front Desk Practices The hotel itself is good and comfortable, but unfortunately, our experience was affected by repeated misinformation from the reception staff. Firstly, we were shocked when they tried to charge us €250 for two people to join a third person in a room already booked for one person. This rate was higher than booking a new room entirely. Only when we said we would leave and find another hotel did they suddenly change the price to €50 per person per night, totaling €100 – a significant and suspicious difference from the original amount. Secondly, when we inquired about parking, we were told we could use our room key to access the parking area. At no point were we informed that it would cost €11 per day. Like most hotels, we assumed parking would be complimentary for guests. This lack of transparency felt misleading. Overall, it seemed like the staff were more focused on upselling or overcharging rather than offering a genuine and welcoming experience. This left us with a poor impression of the service, despite the hotel itself being nice. Would not recommend based on our experience with the front desk.

Cleanliness. Location. Comfortable beds with excellent duvets.
WiFi could be better. Parking was meant to be complimentary but we paid. Reception was closed too early. No breakfast included for the price . Reception toilet not accessible or welcoming to guests.

People especially at restaurant and housekeeper and Veronica at the front desk went beyond their comfort to make me feel good. I was there for medical treatment at the St George Clinic across the street and being in such a festive place made my mind set positive for the healing.

Very pretty, very clean .
The receptionist Maria was condescending , on a very hot day we were put up on the third floor with no air con or fan . I slept on the floor by an open window . To cool down they had a function wedding that day and was told by receptionist we possibly could not eat in their restaurant because of the function , although we were never informed when we booked of said function . An email to us informing us of the fact they may not be able to accommodate us for food after our long journey , Would have been a professional courtesy . We were made to feel an imposition

Lovely hotel in center of city, nice breakfast and restaurant for lunch/dinner
We got roof floor room, it was very hot without aircon. When you open window - very loud - construction sounds from before 7 am on Saturday and church from 7am on Sunday
