I know that the floor in the shower is non slippery but I still felt that a couple of handles for support would be very helpful, especially for older customers!

We were given an upgrade through Booking .com to a superior room which was just fabulous, spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet was excellent. We would stay again!
High prices in the bar for cocktails and liquor.

I thought breakfast was expensive and would have liked a choice of simple lower cost breakfast. The quality of the buffet breakfast was great however.

Fantastic location and very nice hotel - parking was convenient.
The AC was awful—one room was extremely hot, and even with a fan provided in the middle of the night, it didn’t help. We specifically chose this hotel for the AC, so it was disappointing. We were able to switch rooms after the first night, but the AC was still subpar.

Our room was large, comfortable and quiet despite being in the historic center of the city. Included breakfasts were delivious, varied, and somolentiful that we skipped lunch! The on-site parking garage was a bonus, albeit pricey.
The €24/day upcharge for parking.

Good location, nice Staff
The Deluxe Suite is just one long room with sliding doors in between, but the doors do not shut, so you hear everything in all "rooms" of the suite. Also you can not regulate the temperature.
