Disappointing
We have been there when it was Quality hotel , now with another owner it is really different and worse
Everything got worse, there is only one elevator that wasn't working for a day , then we had to move to another room cause there was a linkage from the pipes in breakfast room . Noone help us to move or even said Sorry. The smartphone was forgotten in the safe and is lost . The breakfast isn't what is used to be , mych worsen
It's not the same hotel we visited several times before some years . We will never return there .

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were good size. Very good breakfast.
Carpets were very stained and mildew on wall in shower. One trashcan had not been emptied when we arrived

Breakfast was great
Very dirty rug with big spots and was “crunchy” to walk on. Shower had black mold on it. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Whole place was stinky.

Excellent staff, great breakfast, clean room. The bathroom could do with a few repairs but the overall impression of this hotel is great. Also good accessibility to the tram, which went directly to the center. If we are in Augsburg again, this will be our first choice.

The hotel is well located. The room was a good size, the bed was confortable but the cleaning was't ideal. The breakfest was delicious with a lot of options. The staff were very helpful and did their best to help us. Good hotel.

This hotel had one of the best breakfast we have stayed lately
Around 3 km away from the city center (nice to walk to the city)
Good value for money
It is super convenient that hotel has it own parking, and what super nice it is free of charge
You can not cook properly, since you need to ask everything is advance and leave deposit (super small kitchen)
Hotel needs renovation, some stuff is super old and needs replacement
