The receptionist was outstanding, helped me as the room facilities I ordered were not conveyed to BW hotel correctly, but she made it possible.
I ordered a room with bath tub and therefore I selected a higher price category. But it was not conveyed to the BW hotel. I am not aware who caused this issue, booking or the hotel.

It is fairly cheap. It is well kept and clean. The underground garage.
For some reason my room key did not work on the second day, when I came back at 2am in the morning. Luckily, the remote staff was able to fix the issue quickly.

Room was a good size and clean modern bathroom. Kettle in room for tea. Breakfast was good. We put motorcycles round the back but there was underground parking available at extra cost. Air-con only just reasonable, I had it checked but apparently it was full on.. The girl on reception ordered our pizza’s so thanks for that! Overall, given its limitations, it was decent value and would still use again if in the area.
No restaurant or bar at the hotel. We fetched pizza from 200 yards away - very good and very cheap! Drinks were only from the fridge while the girl was on duty.
