It is a chain hotel. Knew what to expect for a short stop-over. Quiet although on busy road. Metro into town approx 200m; mainline station 400m.
A kettle in the room would be useful.

As arrived at 17.00 hrs, at the rear car park, in most of the windows there was washing drying. It appeared that there were people actually living there. We made the assumption that it was immigrants. We were not happy with this situation so at 17.15hrs we cancelled our booking. We had free cancellation till 18.00 hrs.

Close to the town. Tram operates in front of the hotel.
No shopping. In fact no shopping around the town of Ausburg. We walked about 2 miles to the town and back, not one shop we saw open to buy drink or eat.

the late check-in terminal didn't work at the entrane, but this can happen.
