Wonderful
The location is very good in the heart of the city, The Hotel also is very good with nice ambience and a very friendly staff. I would recommend and probably stay there if I'm in Augsburg again.
The Facilities are little old but that's obvious like my shower door was broken but the staff fixed it as soon as possible so all in all it's a very good stay .

Pleasant receptionist. Clean bathroom. No bugs.
My single room was hot and poorly ventilated. Carpet worn. One old upright chair to sit on. Minimal breakfast.

The staff were really friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious, although the bathroom was not. Only few power sockets, but I don't use the telly, so I plugged it off for another socket. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location of the hotel is great: central, but very quiet.
The bathroom was badly planned. The exit of the shower cubicle faced the toilet, you have to climb across it to be able to have a shower or get out of it. This is impossible for people with restricted abilities. Other than that everything was fine.

This hotel is located close to the heart of Augsburg, and easily accessible from the main station. The price was reasonable.
Staff is stationed at the reception during limited hours. Power outlets in my room was a bit inconvenient. More specifically, no power outlets were found near the desk and outlets on an extension cord were occupied.

The location was not far from the railway station and easily found. I was given a large room on the ground floor.
The street was quiet at night and generally near the quiet end of the main street.
Hard to fault.
