This is my third time staying at this property, and the kindness and attentiveness of the staff in terms of how they have gone out of their way to attend to your needs and make you comfortable impressed me yet again. Honestly it’s a wonderful hotel, I love everything about it :)

Disappointing
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
The location is excellent, set within a park that offers a peaceful and pleasant environment, which is definitely a strong point of the property.
However, our experience with the Comfort Room was disappointing. The room was uncomfortably warm, likely because the central air conditioning had not yet been fully activated for the season. As a result, it was difficult to sleep or relax.
Adding to this, there was a significant mosquito problem in the room. Since we were unable to open the windows for ventilation without risking even more mosquitoes entering, the situation became even more uncomfortable. We spent the first night trying to deal with the issue ourselves without success.
We reported the problem to the front desk the following day and requested assistance, but unfortunately the measures taken did not resolve it. The same issues persisted on the second night.
The lack of proper sleep was especially difficult, as even our child was unable to rest, making the stay quite exhausting for our family.
Overall, while the hotel’s location is attractive and peaceful, the comfort of the room was significantly affected by heat and mosquito issues, which unfortunately overshadowed the experience.

Don't miss the bar, the bistro, the sauna.

Spacious room, good bed, good shower. Sound proof. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff in breakfast area were super friendly.
Liked the spa, but the steam bath just wouldn’t get hot enough which was a real shame, especially as the spa was the main reason for us to splurge. No tea making facilities in the room, just Nespresso.

I had left some possessions by the pool when I last came. The Reception had kept them and brought them to my room. I was overjoyed. Thank you so much.
It would be lovely to have more vegetarian options on the menu so we can eat in the hotel rather than go out. There was a lovely veggie burger on the menu in the summer but that isn't available now.

There were no available places in the bar lounge. The pool was extremely busy. The regulations of the sauna required patrons to be naked.

Staff, restaurant, garage, location, the hotel "style", breakfast...
The charger of the clock/usb charger that was available in the room was making noise because of a defective wire electrical connection what seemed to be also dangerous to start a fire. We said that to the reception and someone came to our room to check and confirm... but we did not have a replacement and we should have a "B" plan to charge our devices. Not a major issue!

Brilliant hotel. Spa and pool are incredible. Rooms spacious and comfortable - just what you need when visiting Aachen in a cold January to see the Palatine Chapel. Very strongly recommended!!

Very good location, spacious room and good breakfast.
Car parking options are very good and near including public parking in the front.
The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. If visiting this part of Europe, I would stay in this hotel.
The pillows are the only item that needs to consider. A guest who checks out without complaining about the pillows is really lucky.
Generally this is a very good hotel in this area.
