We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful, rooms were spotless clean, location very close to the city center and tasty breakfast. My kids cannot wait to return.

The hotel met our needs perfectly. The staff was friendly, the location is great, and the large beds ensured a good night's sleep. With proper soundproofing and everything in its place — it was exactly as it should be.

Bed only NB: The Cathedral is beautiful and free to view/enter but if you want to see Charlemagne's throne and tomb you need to book onto a guided tour - these are frequent if you are German speaking and if you only want to see these extra parts of the church but only once (?) a day for English speaking guide where you get the extra information :)
This is not a reflection on the hotel but we had some items stolen from our car which was parked in the car park under the hotel. The car park does not belong to the hotel so it is not their responsibility - it is important to be super aware of locking car and of possible 'jamming' by people nearby so that you think you have locked it :(

Nice ambiance, nice staff
It was weired that the toilet was separate from any sink to wash hands in. Having to walk through the entire room to wash hands is not very convenient, practical or hygienic. Otherwise, everything was great.

The stuff was Very friendly. The room Very clean the location very efficient near the center with just a few minutes of walking and we slept perfectly
The room didn't include any cooling mechanism for food. Maybe a mini fridge would be helpful But other than that it was perfect
