Wonderful
The room was clean, spaciouse and honestly good value for money. I read some reviews about the temperature of the rooms. But I could regulate the temperature in my room just fine, even when it was 35 degrees outside my room was cool and nice.
The hotel is next to a casino, so sometimes it can be a bit noisy outside.

We had to make a last minute booking as a result of train delays and missing our connection to Brussels. We had a very nice welcome and the room was fine with a bath and shower but the air conditioning wasn't obvious and so it was rather a hot night. The room was not as spacious as the one in Novotel Brussels but still a great stop gap given the situation..
Tea and coffee options were minimal with very little milk/creamer for two guests (but that might be just because we're British). Unfortunately the bar was closed by the time we arrived and the option to order pizza which was advertised in the room.

Everything went well, except that the location is a bit scary. Too many homeless and drug or alcohol addicts around the hotel.
I think the street where the hotel is located on should be more proper, less addicted people around.

Wonderful
Very friendly staff. Nice and clean hotel. Great rooms and beds. Although we didn't book for the breakfast we received a free coffee in the morning (even when we said that we would pay for it). How amazing is that!
