The gym is spacious and well appointed. The hotel is in the middle of the city so accessible, especially with parking right under the hotel, which is rare in Aachen.
The restaurant was lacklustre and had 'run out of food' for lunch one day. The food itself was underwhelming. Coffee was forgotten with room cleaning. The hotel failed to inform that my card had not been authorised for charges, resulting in embarrassment in the restaurant at lunch. When asking the front desk to inform guests in future, the concierge gave a disdainful look. We felt like we were an annoyance rather than welcome guests. We'll stay somewhere else next trip to Aachen.

Very comfortable room with a separate toilet. ( not in bathroom) . Rituals bathroom shampoo and body wash. Restaurant and bar well priced.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Shower a bit too small (bathtub could be removed as far as I am concerned). I missed a mini bar in the room. The direct neighbourhood was not great, though very close to the city center.
