A very positive experience here. Very good location close to the cathedral. The communication from the hotel beforehand was excellent. We hadn't realised that we needed a green emission sticker to drive into the centre of Aachen and the hotel gave us comprehensive instructions as to how to get one en route. Our trip would have been a disaster without this.

Good room for the price ,clean and comfy bed. Bathroom clean, shower worked well. Easy booking in with an actual human. Walked from main train station and easy walk to pretty town centre. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff
Area was not great for eating and drinking but no need with main square so close.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, when I mentioned this on checkout, I simply got the answer 'OK' thinking that I'd been misunderstood I repeated the point and again simply got the answer 'OK'. No apology or suggestion that they'd try to avoid that happening in the future. Very poor customer service

Spacious, comfortable, clean and calm room and bathroom. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Substantial breakfast buffet. Convenient location next to city center and sights. Friendly staff.

Nice city hotel for a pleasant stay and discover the city.
All about the details: the room was perfect, clean but toilet paper was missing, shower soap as good as empty. To avoid I would say ;-)

Room very difficult for older lady. Too small for 2 people. Knees locked up bending under eaves to get in bed.
No air con. Plastic mattress cover so hot and extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Hotel modern, good location, the room was very clean and quiet (room facing small courtyard)- and here is the thing - I always pay attention to the bath room: it was top notch clean including the corners (compare that to standard US hotel bath rooms, ha!) The staff was very helpful and friendly, I loved the breakfast - I would book again!

The hotel was nice and clean very centrally located everything was nearby. The staff were super helpful and friendly. No request was small for them they helped us a lot. W
No aircon and no smart tv these are specific to us but if we were not with our son this hotel is perfect .
