Convenient location in the centre of town, about 15-20min. walk from the railway station and very close to the city buses. Water refill station downstairs. Ability to open a window & balcony door). Many shops & restaurants nearby (walking distance).
Fit out quite dated; stains in carpet; room smelled musty. Room on 5th floor was in full sun all afternoon/evening which made it quite hot despite air con and curtains. A fridge would be handy. No milk (whitening powder only) with tea/coffee supplies.

Location is perfect! We walked everywhere in the center and the parking garage (despite difficult to reach at first) is just around the corner of the hotal!
Directions to the parking garage could be clearer, but apart from this, it wad all good

Great location, very central to all attractions. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds and amazing view of the town from the 6th floor.
Overall the bed was very comfy but could have used some more pillows for sitting upright as the headboard was hard.

Breakfast a bit pricey. But a good choice to choose from. Staff on hand to assist. Also looked after our belongings on our final day of our stay. I wish we could have another pillow mind! We asked and got one.
I can't think of anything to hand. We have stayed here before so issues from me.

Had to leave before breaksfast opend on Saturday. Despite, Mercure Aachen offered me a breakfast box. Perfect example of customer attention. Much appreciated.

Its right in the centre of Aachen. The bed was very comfortable.
It didn‘t include a mini fridge, the room was a bit too small. The room was unberably warm when we entered and the AC did not cool properly. We couldn‘t get cold water in the shower.

Quite comfy hotel, very centrally located. Big spacious room, very bright. Good amenities overall
Thin pillows, and there is only one per person, but one more can be asked at reception. One more chair in the room would also be appreciated
